We can use suji/ rava instead of sabudana to make it more healthy as sabudana is Pura carbohydrate. Similarly instead of potato sweet potato can be used to make it diabetic friendly. Very good recipes. I'll try with some other millet too.

You can use peanut, olive or any oil you use regularly.
Millets need to be soaked for 6 to 8 hours before cooking....
