- K Chandrashekar Rao, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi chief, led his party to a famous win last year in the state's assembly election. After the polls, he set his eyes on his national mission - a pan-India, federal alliance without the Congress and the BJP. The alliance didn't take shape before the election. His next big task is to score a landslide win in Telangana in the national election. But can he do so? NDTV's Prannoy Roy examines the possibility of the prospects of Mr Rao's party's win in the state. Mr Rao, in an interview with Prannoy Roy, also talks about how his party and his opponents may perform in this month's elections.

Farmers welfareEdit
He started his welfare program by loan waiver scheme of ₹17,000 crores, owed by 38 lakh farmers in the state. He started Mission Kakatiyafor restoration and rejuvenation of 46,000 lakes and tanks.[20] The 24-hour uninterrupted and quality power was given to farmers for free, from earlier policy of 9 hours free power to farmers. A scheme to increase greenery, Haritha Haram was launched in 2014.
A farmers investment support scheme, Rythu Bhandu, with ₹4000 per acre per crop, for two seasons in a year, is launching on 20 April 2018.[21]

We the people of Telangana are blessed to have a CM like you sir, Your Mission & Vision about Telangana and India, may had shocked the Journalists, I think they were in bit of Confusion, whether they are speaking to person or Encyclopedia of India, who has each answer for every question, with crisp and with lot of sense in it, no Hindu&muslim non sense issue..The examples which he gave about water and electricity are just fabulous in fact we didn't no this.

I am from telangana, 90s generation kid. Never wished seperate state until 2009 KCR's fight. Did not believe him. After 2014, state formed, as CM KCR knowledge of water projects made me his fan, the governance of state is excellent.
I'm Telling this on Election Day on 11/04/2019 Mark my words.. In 2024 Election there is a big possibility of TRS making Govt in Centre along with support of other parties except Congress and BJP.
