- Thanks to all the guys at the Northern Ohio Chevelle Club and Dan Vasic for putting together the greatest display of 1969 Chevelles ever assembled. This year’s show theme was “The Summer of 69” to commentate the 50th anniversary of the 1969 models.
As a huge life long Chevelle lover my head would explode with so many beautiful Chevelles. WOW!
Awesome.....just out right awesome !
Bless these guys for bringing them back to life.
the local gas stations must love that show with all the big blocks running around
Wow! If anyone ever wondered where all the 69 and 68 Chevelles are, you just found em! My dad had a 68 when I was growing up so im a little bit partial to them. Id give anything to have it now! Awesome video! Thanks for what you do man 👍🏻
Truly an amazing display of ‘69 Chevelles. Makes me think if they are planning ‘67 Chevelles in the future. Thanks for sharing Patrick!
Aw man, heaven! Interesting that this all 69's video popped up. Yesterday at the mall i saw a sweet orange 4speed 69 Nova all by its lonesome. In a parking lot of over a thousand cars, this was the only classic in the whole place, and I was drawn to it like the proverbial moth to the flame! Thanks again! Beautiful! ▪☆☆☆▪
Wow. Amazed at the. # of monaco orange paint jobs. The Olympic gold. 69 one of the best colors available imo..Great job filming. ! I have a Norwood ca.built 69. L-78 4spd. M-21 4:10 frost green metallic. Love it.
Thanks for sharing this with us, in past years I've owned a 64 283 three on a tree, a 67 ss396 4-speed, and a 69 ss396, sitting on the side street is a gold with black vinyl roof just like my 67, thanks again for sharing.
thanks patrick awesome video whole bunch of chevrolet muscle there
Thank you for taking this video. 1969 chevelles are my favorite... I drove one long ago when I was 16.
1969 is my favorite year, then 1970 is my second fav....but I love all Chevelles!
Thanks Patrick for taking us along.
Great video Patrick, my favorites were the Hugger Orange with the white interior and the Gold with Black. They were all beautiful
Lol somehow missed this video!? Very cool indeed! Lots to see!
Lots of sweet 66’s there ... my favorite !!
Saw this when it first came out, had to rewatch for good times sake!
Patrick, its Dale from fla, Watching you pan around makes me feel SICK! when i think of all the chevelles that i had i would have loved to bring my 69 monaco orange real deal 396 SS rust buckett to the show. keep up the great work my friend.
.
Beautiful patrick so awesome that that many cars survived !
Welcome to Chevelleville folks, reminds me of the NCOA meets in the 80s-90s
I think 69 is my favorite year...Old man had a yellow one that he totaled back in 1970
Some beautiful drop tops. All gorgeous cars
Also the dark green with the Center Lines. And the Jacobsen's speed shop one. It's always neat to see a "fly eye" air cleaner and M/T rocker covers.
Wow, glad you was there to make this video for us. Thanks. So many all in one place at the same time. After seeing all these color combo"s I think the darker colors looks the best with no vinyl top.I had a Malibu that was like the one's at 14:00. It was a dark green with the silver below the chrome, a black vinyl top and a white pinstripe. I thought it was strange that it had four different colors on the outside.
Unfortunately it had the sad 307 engine. Sickest small block I ever owned.
This makes me want to cry. I had one and let it go. I was only 20 and didn't realize what I had. That was 35 years ago. It was show condition like these. Emron paint in blue.
I LOVE the 'Day Two' blue 300 Deluxe with the colored headlights, mags, racing decals, pinstripes, gold Moroso valve covers, etc. Straight out of the 70s/80s. I remember when they used to do the mirrored firewalls or mirror panel on the bottom of the hood to reflect the engine back, too.
I had two sweet 65s one hardtop SS and a ragtop SS with a built 327 the hardtop was a mostly stock 283 4bbl, headers, twice pipes, I loved them!!!
So glad to see how these vehicles looked right before the demolition derby! Those orange ones were like a bullseye. /s
Great job on the video. Camera work was fantastic.
Black and red combo on that convertible looks fantastic.
1st time I’ve seen Patrick speechless. 😂
Oh the YENKO!! I almost fainted......
So many ,didnt know that there were this many left beautiful cars ,1969 was a great muscle car era.
Love those survivor cars
The guys that "know it all" about chevelles see Patrick coming and they just sit down and you can hear a pin drop. 😄
Wow nice car show full of Chevelle's.
Let's look deeper & there is a worrying picture emerging here & at alot of car shows even here in Australia.
The crowds are not there even though the event is free & besides the owners & immediate family members & friends the crowds coming to these car shows are slowly drying up.
You look at the owners like me early 50's into there 60's guys & ladies that remember these Chevelle's when they were new or near new & always desired to own one & now they are living there dream & passion & good on them, they worked hard enough for it.
My question is where are the young fans to continue the future caretaking of all these Chevelle's & Corvettes & Charger's etc where are they & how do we attract them.
I have got 2 super rare Chrysler's here in Australia, Australian made. Both my son's couldn't give a toss about them & not even intrested in learning no matter how much I tried.
The whole environmental argument comes up, old car, fuel guzzler, no air bags, unsafe etc etc get rid of them & buy a safe modern car.
I lay in bed at times & think, all these beautiful classics here in Australia & around the world what is to become of them in 10 & 20 years time.
Great video Patrick
Louis from Australia
Vinyl top really set these off sweet
Thank you so much for coming to our show!!
Mark Meldrum thanks for having me. You guys put on the best Chevelle show on the planet.
Spotted some Colonnades in the background. Love the Colonnade A-bodies as well!! : )
wow Chevelle fest city! thanks for sharing this!
69 year is excellent! Especially Daytona Yellow and Monoco Orange ones…
Wow... just, wow
I had a 69 350 4 speed
Special order car blue with white vinyl top. 275 horsepower. I love small blocks
Thank you Patrick
The Cream Colored 4 Speed Chevelle was probably the cleanest of all, something tells me it's totally Original
Oh ya 69 is my favorite year by far!!!! Awesome !
I would’ve loved to see you breakdown one of those COPOS !!!
You can smell the paint, bondo and Bengay.....😂 I had a few Chevelles in my life, 68, 69 and 5 70's but my favorite is a Blue 67.
Cortez Silver.....mmmmmmmmm. Thanks Patrick for giving us 69 fans a little eye candy on your channel.....
Awesome!!!
The SS @16.00 looked like a true survivor. More valuable than any car there IMHO.
Love your videos....
Red body-white top, such a classic combination
Cool video 🎉
I live in Ohio and if your car is 25 years old you can buy historical plates for 27.00 (when I bought mine) and they are good for 50 years! You can have the plates in the car and put an old Ohio plate on your car to match the year model. You are not supposed to use it as an everyday driver with these plates but I don't know if they enforce that or not. Just a tidbit I thought I would share.
No inspection to bother with either.
@@dukeman7595 You are right, I forgot about that benefit also. One of the few things that the State of Ohio got right. The regular car and truck plates are high that's for sure.
There looKed like some really special Ones there. I hope you got a chance to do some detailed walk arounds.
HEAVEN
Best video to date!
Nice cars need some 67's chevelle my favorite chevelle year.....
My favorite is a 1970 Chevelle SS with a 454 under the hood and 450 plus horsepower!!!! But my second favorite is a 1969 Chevelle SS 396 ( 402)
That’s what heaven must look like
Saw some El Caminos. One of your nice walk arounds would be nice. :)
NICE!!!!
in 74 I had a "69" SS 396 we all had cars they wished they still had, that was mine.
i hope your next video will be 70s chevelles walk around
Wow 69 chevelle heaven so awesome that is .
Olé yeah thanks for sharing!! Where and when is this event held. I gotta be there next year!!! 69s are fine!!
What year is my favorite??? ALL of them between 65- 1972 after that, well I thought the Laguna were homely and I started with 65 cuz I had a couple but really the 64s weren't much different, more rounded, that's all
I like the look of the 1969s.
The dog dish caps and post cars are starting to grow on me!
I had a 69 SS 396 that was blu with a white vinyl top and white interior. Never seen another like that and wonder if it was dealer installed top? Very sexy look should never traded that one.....or my 67 SS.
Epilogue: All of these cars belong to Patrick. He hired people to pretend they didn't. ;)
J/K, thanks, Patrick, great vid!
I love them Ralley rims
Question for you. There is a blue 69 SS 396 Chevelle in my town. Car is not original paint. Question is this car has the black stripes that run down both sides of the body, plus it has the black stripes on the hood and trunklid. Was this offered by Chevrolet from the factory? I don't recall ever seeing a Chevelle with both sets of stripes. Thank you.
would have been great if you could have picked a few our for a cowl tag read as its so interesting when you tell the tag story of the car ..Best Regards patrick
Glenn, were you able to talk with the owner of the Gold 1969 L-78, 396 Chevelle for a more thorough tour of the car?
No sir I wasn’t able to speak to him.
Patrick.....now that's alot of fish to fry
4:10 takes his prized Chevelle to a car show but can't be bothered to wash the mud off the tires. :D
Actually nice to see that. He drove it there. Notice all the enclosed trailers for the queens.
Wow!!!!
How about a time machine to go back when people couldn't give these away, and a warehouse to keep them in!!!
Yes Sir Jerry, I know and remember and agree exactly where you coming from, you know and lived in the time period 👌 🔧🔧🔧🔧🔧
Saw a sedan body SS. Did not know that body was available with SS option.
Where does the felt strips go? Thx
I love how you gravitate to the drivers and not the trailer queens...
Those 300 Deluxes though 💙
Dream car 😍😍😍
Amazing Chevelle's, I like the 68 taillights better than 69', but all beautiful cars.
$22,500 for 69 ss El Camino a fair price. I was disappointed he walked right by my favorite year, the 70' SS Chevelle Cortez Silver and cowl induction. I would have liked to seen it a minute.
The 68 had wing windows too, which I like!
Yeah the 69 s were hot items But the dodge 440 were giving them a run for the money. My brother bought a new Ss chevelle 396 375hp canary yellow with the black stripes on the hood and trunk. Didn’t have it very long. He totaled it out !! Would’ve been nice to have today.

Automotive perfection
I hope that 70 Chevelle was manufactured in 69!
I think I need a 67 with a healthy small block and a 5 speed!!!
Anybody else notice the Tarantula intakes? And how does PGN walk around a all chevelle show without getting mobbed......
Why did you ignore all the El Camino’s?
You did not show them, their inside or the beds.
Of course someone is going too recognize you😂, 5:00 and 20:35 my favorite, painted too match wheels
The thing I never liked on
'69 EL Caminos is the reverse lights in the tailgate never got that?
be cool if there was a few barn find 69 chevelles...just trailered there, not realy fully restored, just straight from the barn with the dust still on it.
big block post car with wing windows......steelys with caps that was the one to look at...
Wow
Who says you can't find heaven on earth!...
Bought a '69 396 4 speed car in the mid 70's for 600 bucks. Beat the crap out of it for a night, got it stuck in a ditch and left it. Went to the tow lot 2 days later to get it, but they wanted 200 bucks to bail it out so we left it. Passenger side was pretty scraped up from the ditch anyway. We had no idea in those days.....
Nice Chevelle fest . But only thing that concerns me?? How many of them are REAL SS .. My guess would be 1/4 of them or less are REAL SS. Nice video.
Mr. Ace 831 0001 pity numbers got match for you
