Now I'm reminded about how the original Workshop set the Arctic Mole and Underminer's Overcoat were made for had a third piece to the set which gave Engie some unique gloves, including, of course, having them on both hands [iirc they were called the Miner's Mitts] And now that I remember I'm pissed all over again because they were really cozy looking gloves dammit

Without going overboard on the "This class won / lost the update" banter, the Demoman took a fat L in every imaginable way. I've yet to see a single person run a Stickybomb themed cosmetic set and that's the only thing he got from this update on top of that.

As cool as the Shrapnel Shell looks, I feel like it might make headshotting demos with it slightly more difficult. I really wish they'd get around to adding a "disable all cosmetics" option in the vanilla settings. It's annoying having to jump around for third-party QOL fixes that then turn out not to even work on Valve servers.
couldn't you just... infer where his head is? it's not like his head changed locations, you could just shoot where his head should be according to the rest of the body
Still no Full Metal Helmet class versions. They all have different items strapped to the side. Scout and Soldier have shotgun shells, Sniper and Heavy have .50 BMG rounds, Demo has a whisky flask, Medic has syringes, Pyro has a lighter and some matches, Spy has a carton of cigarettes, and Engie has nails.
