+jim mc You mean Graham? Yeah, maybe. But Neil is far more creative than Fyfe (and I really love Fyfe's drumwork on T?'s first albums), and he's got that vibe that is just insane. Especially on "Crooked Timber". But, it's my fav T?'s release, so I'm not exactly subjective. Anyway, Therapy? rocks, despite the drummer.
Innocent X and Neck Freak are two of the most underrated tunes of all time. So are Michael McKeegan‘s skills on bass. Fantastic band, fantastic concert, thanks.
Holy crap! Sucha killer set! Love this era of theirs😮😍😍 so fierce with their unique blend of almost tribal noise rock with infectious melodies. Can't get enough of it
This was the band that got me into rocknroll. First band that meant so much to me. Baby teeth, then I had a cassette with a mix of stuff on from their second album screamager. Hats off to the insane
Cracking upload, thanks. Fyfe fucking Ewing. What an epic drummer. A friend got me one of his drumsticks after his band went into the studio after them one time. Safe to say it was half a millimetre from destruction! Edit to add, Therapy? were seriously loud back in the day. I saw them in Glasgow one Sunday night, on the Nurse tour, and my ears were still ringing on the Friday.
I discoved them with the Live in Brixton and... I was amazed by the way Fyfe plays with 2 snares drums and by the way he combines natural kit, electro pads and sequences. And what a drummer : precision, power, tempo...Yeah, you're right : a beast ! It was a pleasure to watch him playing drums... And 30 years later, I still miss him.
lauefts mir heute noch kalt den Ruecken runter, wenn Ich diese Band sehe, absoluter Wahnsinn, haetten es verdient riesig xu werden, doch nach dem Abgang des Drummers waren Sie finished. Danke fuer die Abload
Brilliant gig, to think was 30 years ago man, i cant believe it. Still sound fresh even now june 2023 ffs. Just say to your ALEXA, ALEXA play teeth grinder by therapy, then turn up volume.
Mercedes Lander from Kittie. Not an exceptional painter by any means but a solid timekeeper, if their recent stuff is anything to go by (and I'm not a fan).
I was advised to check this out, to get an idea how their album 'Nurse' should have sounded... the drums, guitars and bass give a good impression, but the vocals fall behind a lot of the time. Bottom line: I still prefer to listen to the album, but then again, I'm usually not a big fan of live performances. I really hate that snare sound, by the way.
Fyfe Ewing is completely fuckin' amazing!!
Yes he is!
+Sean H so true, the drummer that replaced him was a step backwards

Anyway, Therapy? rocks, despite the drummer.
+stipe5225 More creative than Fyfe? Not really. Innocent x, teethgrinder, nausea and meat abstract all prove you to be biased & incorrect
+Sean H without any doubt their best Drummer.
Best drummer from the island of ireland

I have watched this so many times, and never get sick of it. Absolutely amazing!
When Drums are the lead instrument.
Fyfe is a beast, goddamn!!

Nice upload. They are still pretty god, looking forward to see them live next week.
1993 was definitely the artistic peak in Therapy's career
Brilliant gig, to think was 30 years ago man, i cant believe it. Still sound fresh even now june 2023 ffs.

Anybody else ever notice that Fyfe always wore a Jesus Lizard t-shirt when playing live?
guy has taste
fuckin jesus Lizard rule
Sometimes barefooted too!!!!
@@mattjammy9884 yup, a barefoot player. I don’t get it but, if it works for ya…
I was just reading they supported Jesus Lizard not long before Fyfe left the band so that must have been a highlight for him

Fanfuckingtastic, I saw the guys play in Cork city last weekend and it was a brilliant set as always
Fantastic!!!
Perfect! My blood speed
killer set
Fuck!! Only just come across this! Amazing! Thanks for uploading :D
Love the Herr God Herr Lucifer sample from Lady Lazarus at the start of Innocent X.
Therapy is geil :D schade das ich nicht dort war... mit 5 :P
Fyfe is God!
Fyfe Ewings style was very crisp and unique. All the other Therapy? Drummers failed by playing this Songs!
One of irish finest along with Rory and Van Morrison
Fyfe`s the man - how many other bare-foot drummers are there???
Can only think of Grant Hart of Husker Du who oddly enough were a bit influence on Therapy?
Bansidhe sick band
Nicko McBrain
Bruce Bailey maiden! Nice.. I wonder if Clive burr was the same..
Mercedes Lander from Kittie. Not an exceptional painter by any means but a solid timekeeper, if their recent stuff is anything to go by (and I'm not a fan).
Best T? era ;)
Wake Up! Time to die! In red!
They from larne not belfast
what the hell happened in the middle of Opal Mantra?
The joys of VHS recordings, they are at the mercy of someone taping over them!
Had to chuckle at that little intermission, good old VHS lol

vocals are too loud here. Fyfe's toms are too quiet also
