As the lockpicking master in skyrim, I'm very disappointed at this boy. He missed six lockpicks.
I'm lockpicking master by force. :) I am mage and Oblivion there were unlocking spells... In Skyrim they're not.

The Gaming Duck get the Ebony Blade. I glitched through the wall to get my Blade, so I can’t level it up as I technically aren’t even supposed to have it because I STILL haven’t completed the quest (which glitching through the wall and taking it breaks the quest, making it impossible to finish, ANYWAY) my Blade can’t be leveled up, and it still destroys any enemy. Having that health absorption also makes you virtually invincible as long as you keep slicing into an alive target.
How dare you not grab those lock picks!

I did mess up in my description. The lockpicks are actually pieces of metal, but again, to the untrained eye they have the same value as a fork or a table knife. We as the player only know their use because the items are labeled as lockpicks by the game, and there was an optional tutorial on it where you can pick three cages in the dungeon of Helgen after being told to "pick up those lockpicks on the table."

For all we know, they could've been exploring dungeons as young as a whelp. They still have a dragon soul, even before their power is discovered. Thus, they have the unitchable scratch for exploration and conquest.

The art style is beautiful and timeless. It isn't curing edge in a way that it's trying to be realistic to the point that it's going to look out dated in five years.
It has a cartoony look without being too silly.
I feel like the graphics, really need to look only slightly more realistic and it will have achieved perfect graphics

Roll of papers doesn't look like that in Skyrim.
In the elder scrolls universe only some have the ability to cast magic.
But it's a scroll. Scroll lets you cast magic even without magicka cost but it's a one time thing. Like a staff except a staff needs to be recharged.

What got me right in the feels is when the wall push sound affect (from the draugr tomb) the pressure plate, and the wall crumble when the trap was activated are all sound affects from the game. And the ragdoll gave me a good chuckle

@@coltonfaker1740 Actually, it's three different songs, "Sovngarde", "One They Fear", and "Dragonborn" all share the same lyrics, and play in different parts of the game, Dragonborn on the title screen, One They Fear during dragon fights (also against Miraak and Harkon), and Sovngarde plays while in Sovngarde.

Not a movie though, but probably a short film. :)
But while video game movies are almost always unsuccessful, Skyrim would be an amazing one to do a movie on because it's one of those games where you don't entirely need to know the lore to understand what's going on if you focus on a specific plot (unlike Assassin's Creed and stuff like that, ugh). So I could see a movie too if they REALLY sell it.

Pick up the lockpicks they’re important
and if you'd need to buy them, they cost 6 (in words SIX) goldcoins! so the 3 lockpicks from the first, small chest, 3 from the latter are already 36 goldcoins.
I love how the animators were able to capture the essence and aesthetics of Skyrim as well as being cartoonish and fun. Great work!

A great and well put together cartoon. Had me laughing at the lack of treasure in the game, as well as the traps and npcs.

I always play as Khajiit. And as a master of Destruction and Conjuration. My whole body is a weapon, I don’t need no stinkin sword. I spend all my money on more spells and the occasional potion.

Scroll probably only effected Level 5 undead
The scroll was probably Magelight, the coin he picked up later, and who doesn't end up with a surplus of lockpicks by level 20? After all, you eventually just give up picking locks on chests because all you get is weapons that were crappy 10 levels ago, armor that's either not your class (Light when you have perks in heavy, heavy when you have perks in light, crappy clothing and mage robes when you've got perks in any armor class), and random junk that isn't worth dragging to a town to sell it.
I'm more upset that he chucked the cheese wedge. Everyone knows eating 35 pounds of cheese wheels in the middle of the fight is the right way to heal.

Best part is that this is to be expected in Skyrim.
There’s a very wholesome meaning behind this video, it basically shows a low level adventurer doing what we all did when we were ‘at the bottom of the food chain’ if you will. We would find chests, but they would either contain nothing but trash and sometimes something useful, but mostly trash. Which in return, brought out our greedy side, wanting more than what we got from the chest we just looted, getting angry at the chest for not giving us something valuable. All in all this video is showing a life lesson, be grateful for what you have and don’t let your greedy side take over. Strive for better, but don’t get avaricious

Why’re the people replying acting like literal children? This is a relatively basic synopsis of the animation and from what I can tell it’s pretty damn accurate, I don’t see how stating what the animation is obviously conveying is “reading too deeply into it”, considering the high quality of the animation itself, I feel the story aspect had a little more care put in than just “*Skyrim animation because Skyrim cool lol*”.
