How, exactly, do you plan to get sandwiched between three Skadis at the same time?? Unless, of course, you place the third Skadi on top of the sandwich of the other two Skadis... sounds impractical, though worth a shot probably.

As the proud owner of a maxxed out Ecchan, having S Skadi feels like I've finally had my limiters removed, and it's amazing. Worth for that alone.

Arts: Has all of their Support commit to both farming and survivability
Buster: Supports are split in between Farmers specific or CQ Specific
Quick: DPS are the only ones keeping the Team alive instead of the Support
Do I need a second Skadi? Probably not. Am I willing to pull on her anyway because it's Koyama making up for Scathach only having 1 outfit by effectively giving her 4 new ones (she gets her final ascension as a costume down the line) ? Yes. Yes, I am.
There is a Servant that can remedy Skadi's dependency on waterside battlefields: Zhang Jue. He even comes with a Quick Buff.
Probably still not as good as Oberon, but if you're like me and don't have that guy, Zhang is a nice option to have.
To note without his bond CE you could still fail the water field effect. The chances for the field are 80% no matter the skill level and the only buff success rate CE we have is a 15% rate ...

Funny thing about that by the time when I finally got my one copy of Summer Skadi I had NP5 Wu... and it only took about 300 SQ lol.

the most importnat part about ruler skadi is that she works perfectly with scathach considering that her buster cards are the most premium thing about sca.
She’s awesome but it’s crazy she is the only other quick support other than Skadi. And we got SS two years ago on JP
Wu is a budget quick support, og Scathach is also a quick support without np charge.
@@vylon1075 He means dedicated support servants, and not supportive attackers. Yeah Ruler Skadi has an offensive np, but she's still primarily a pure support in function most of the time.

Quick really need access to more lower rarities support. We only got Wu,Alexander and even then you're gonna struggle with them
Wu and Alex work better as DPS honestly. We need more dedicated low rarity quick supports similar to Chen Gong, Xu Fu, etc.

Caster skadi actually has a pretty nice np outside of just defence. Issue is getting back to it

I skipped OG Skadi Banner this year to save for Super Bunyan but now I used all my remaining funds for Summer Skadi and I manage to do it and now I finally experience the drug known as Quick Looping.

Summer Skadi definitely gives Quick teams more consistency, be it looping with higher values or keeping stars in the pot.
She does feel like a sidegrade in some regards. The focus on Buster cards don't always benefit your Quick Servants.
Those with QQQAB or QQAAB especially find it harder to find value with their cards. As someone who uses a grailed Atalanta as a general farmer, it's a lot harder to finish off wave 3 not only because regular double Skadi's def. down does generally result in higher damage but also because my Quick cards are just that much weaker.
Summer Skadi has no crit up outside of her buster crit up whereas normal Skadi has both specialized Quick crit buffs as well as her NP giving a full crit buff.
Another factor that works in normal Skadi's favor is her own attack buff. Yes, it's tied to a NP that's a pain to get, but it does grant the team an abnormally long 5 turn attack up. Funny enough the massive length of that has made her ideal for certain TA runs.
And yeah, Skadi does have party survival over Summer Skadi. The NP is a pain to get, but it can keep your team alive. Whereas Summer Skadi's can only delay the inevitable NP by one turn with her's.
Huh. This turned into a Caster Skadi defense all of a sudden.
Trying to make myself feel better after losing my mostly FTP status for her. I blame the anniversary quartz for getting me so close to pity but not fully there because I also went for Arcueid.
As someone who got 2 s.skadis on one roll, the big issue i found was refund when using her to the point where i had to do a xu fu swap. Otherwise she enables a Dantes Black Grail loop for me which is POWERFUL stuff.
I will forever find it hilarious that Skadi is the only thing keeping Quick relevant in this day and age.
Both Skadi’s must have terrible back pain from carry Quick servants this hard.
Like for Buster, you got Koyan to turbo farm and Merlin for sustain. Meanwhile, farming with Arts has Castoria, with Tamamo and now Merlina helping for sustain.
But quick, you got Skadi in two flavors: caster or ruler.
But seriously, I think everyone should try to get one copy of S. Skadi. Having her allows you to get away with some crazy strategies.
I need Summer Skadi because her unique mix of Quick support and Buster Crit support makes her the ideal support for Xiang Yu, who is my dad.

Summer Skadi felt to me like the moment that Quick became good AND the moment that Quick would forever be scuffed. While it's a good NP type, the green face card has always been hamstrung by the anti--synergies of how low its damage is AND how little the crit effects actually benefit Quick cards. While Summer Skadi pushed the already good Quick NPs even further, it feels like the turning point where Lasengle just admitted "Yeah, we screwed the pooch with your face card, so here, just use Buster cards instead." Which is great for Quick units with double or even triple Buster decks, sure. But it also scuffs a lot of units, especially older ones, who are burdened with near--dysfunctional Quick decks, and keeps Quick facecard relevance locked to certain overloaded kits rather than just... being decent on its own.
After pulling a copy of her , I now have all the meta support except Caster Skadi.
I still remember Using my NP6 Summer Okita Alter with Castoria,Oberon and a friend Caster Skadi .

Gotta be honest, Quick has been my favourite card type since Skadi first came out, and it still is. Farming the bulk of this event with Dantes, and then 90++ with Kama reminded me why.
Summer skadi saved my np3 saber stolfo for the 90++ node. Damage CE, ofc. I did bring obi for insurance, but only needed him about 10% of the time. It was really bad ass to see vulcano deal 1.3m. Not calling power pick, but it was nice for him to get some use, finally.
Good thing fgo doesn't do that thing where you can't use the same character in a different class or new form like other games
Imagine how funny it would be to accidentally spoil the story when putting two characters that are the same together and the game actually allows it.

Another advantage of ruler skadi is instead of caster's debuffs dealing with debuff resist rng or if the enemy has debuff immunity
What I am really curious to know is how much Summer Skadi is an improvement over regular Skadi to support Douman, the weird little guy who also can support himself, but also has that 1 Buster deck. I threw some quartz in but didn't go ham because Douman is the quick servant I care about most.
The valentines 90++ node next year is made infinitely easier with an np2 SSkadi. it's a 2 2 node with 2 zerks on wave 1 and a zerk and jinako on wave 2, with jinako having a ton of hp but ruler skadi's anti-lawful overcharge with an oberon can make it a breeze compared to the janky alternative ruler setups. I tried running summer da vinci and it was often a toss up whether or not she could 2 turn.

i bond 15 skadi a long time ago and i kinda miss quick farming with my caren, but now that I failed s.skadi, im stuck with buster looping for another year

(I got NP2 while trying to get Summer Wu. After what happened last time I went chasing for an SR intentionally, I decided to give up on Summer Wu)

She is the crystallization of Lazystaff's Quick fix philosophy of pivoting to buff Arts and Buster. The devs are absolutely incapable of comprehending the idea that Quick could ever come near the other two, much less overtake them, in viability; it has to remain mediocre and supportive. I call her Skadi 1.5 because of how derivative she is and how little she actually changes from her caster version.
My major problem with Ruler Skadi is that the skill mats are... a pain to acquire.
I don’t need a second Skadi, I need a full team of Scathach.
Edit: also yes, the more Skadis I have, the more steroids I can pump into my NP5 Scathach.
Sure, I /could/ farm with Ibuki and Castoria but I'm never gonna not try to improve my Ara-ara + Voyager/Santa Karna/Lil'Cu/etc. teams.

I think you need to unlock cbc from rare prism shop. I can't remember the year but it was cbc to unlock the taunt Ce

I really hate how much of a ctrl+c ctrl+v version of caster skadi she is, kit-wise caster skadi is 2 strengthening quests away from becoming the same servant essentially with a different flavored np. She's REALLY good at what she's built for, my Dantes damage has improved greatly in waves 1 and 2 because of her kit, but kit design-wise I hate her, hard to believe she came out in the same year as Bazzet
