Fish after fish after fish. Doesn't get any better than that. Of course the green yak and the signature green rods are an immediate plus and I think many of the viewers will agree. Very fun to watch as I can't think of any vid you've put out that I didn't enjoy. ❤
I’m not trying to tell you what to do but I just recently started watching your channel especially since I live in Port Saint Lucie, I’d like you to review your equipment you know, boat or Kayak, rod, reel and type of line you use, I don’t have a boat or kayak so I’ll probably be fishing from our local Jetty’s and bridges, I do like your videos so keep up the great work.
Next time you get into the bonefish thick bring out a fly rod with intermediate line and crazy Charlie with larger lead eyes. You’ll have a blast. I used to do this in Biscayne bay all the time. Tight lines!
Hey rich. I am looking for a new set up and I want to get the dark matter fishaholic inshore spinning rod I don’t know what real to pair it with I was wondering if you could tell me what you use or any one in the comments
Wide gap circles for crabs and that type of fishing. The ones you were using are best for nose hooking live bait for pelagics. It is all about leaving the hook tip exposed.
Question; those looked like blue shell crabs you were using for bait, do the size limits not apply if you're using them for bait, or were those a different species of crab? I fish the "IRL" near Sebastian and Wabasso when I go down to my mother's house so I'd like to try some of your techniques. But zinging out 5 inch blue crabs would be exhausting! Plus I'd rather just eat the crabs!
@@johnnevin7759 but yea you can’t keep them but I think you are right about the bait part I mean they use them in the Bahamas for marlin so I don’t see why a grouper wouldn’t eat it
I looked them up and along the coast of Florida are 4 different bonefish. I didn’t even know that. He may not be catching the ones which get to 15 pounds.
@@curtmurdurkI think he’s further south of Sebastian. I know someone who cast netted a bunch in Sebastian off us1. But don’t know anyone who’s caught them quite like he did in this video. Very odd to hear bonefish in IRL in my opinion
Got to my second in two days! Seemed almost like old times with the video from the kayak. Fully enjoyed the video as usual.
keep killing it, man. I always enjoy your videos. None of the sensationalized click-bait stuff you see all over the place. Good luck out there!

The irl 😂
Have you had to deal with any of the hurricanes
Makes me want some fried grouper!
How far south are you in the IRL? I fish the IRL in Brevard multiple times a week and have never seen a bonefish this north.

J-hook for the win.....Lessons learned....!
Try fishing behind the Coast Guard Auxiliary building by the closest day marker. Deep hole that holds keeper mutton.
I live not very far from were you fishing. In Deltona.

So no interest in dropping one of those bonefish down on your grouper spot? Gotta think they would be quite visible and very attractive bait.
Well, yeah, but that is also very illegal
So you can’t keep a bonefish? I guess since I never catch them I haven’t checked the rules.

What part of the Lagoon are you fishing? Curious how far North the Bones go. Have not seen any near Sebastian
I caught several in Jacksonville a few years ago

He is a bit north of Ft Pierce by the looks of it and i have caught Bonefish as far north as Hutchinson Island
