      That sounds like an awesome idea the wolverine helmet pieces are separate so should be easier to make.

    You forgot to mention you have the layer height profile set to .12 instead of standard .2
    But great vid, just bought my first helmet and was looking for slicer settings.
    Have you tried printing any of the helmets with .2 layer height instead of the .12?
    Also, the helmet i bought says it's scaled for 24" head, but when I load in the sizing head 3, that's only supposed to be 23.2" it looks like it's to big.

      @cityparkgifts  Месяц назад

      Thank you for the comment. I will attempt to mention it next time. I haven't tried printing it at a .2 layer height; I don't believe the quality would be there, but I may be wrong. If you do wind up printing your helmet at .2, please let me know how it works out. Regarding the size problem, could you please tell me what helmet you brought and where you got it so I can look at it.

    So why do you use cura for measure and Bambú for slicing ?

    • @cityparkgifts
      @cityparkgifts  Месяц назад +2

      So I used Cura to measure since I unchecked the option drop down model, which allows me to freely move the model around, but Bambu works differently, and I just prefer Cura for that.

      Hi, there.
      For the spiderman helmet how much costed to you to print, filament wise?
      Thanks.

    • @cityparkgifts
      @cityparkgifts  Месяц назад

      @@mikekiske So take Spiderman for example each roll would cost about £15.99 which would cost in total £47.97 you will use 597g of the red just over half a roll and then you will use 51.18g of the black and then the white you will use 11.09g . All the extra filament could be used to print something else. This is not including any failed prints or any other issues.

    Is this possible on the ender 3 I think the bed size it a little smaller but I can cut the main head piece in 2 pieces right?

    • @cityparkgifts
      @cityparkgifts  День назад

      I do think this is possible on an ender 3 if you cut the Deadpool mask main body at the eye line you should have two pieces that are a lot easier to work with.

      So I think the best place to make the cut is at the same height as the eyes.

    Where did you get the file for the helmet stands?

    • @RockyxMM2
      @RockyxMM2 Месяц назад +2

      you can probably make your own, recreate the base at the bottom then at the top make it like a mushroom. you can also use servos to make the whole thing spin

      @pokee9685 Месяц назад

      @@cityparkgifts what!? I dont understand.... max speed for your p1s its 500, so you made the first layer at max, and the rest? 10mm/s? You cant at 10.000mm/s

    • @cityparkgifts
      @cityparkgifts  Месяц назад +2

      @@pokee9685 Sorry Pokee, my mistake. I was looking at the incorrect settings. So my initial layer is 50mm/s, my initial layer infill is 105mm/s, the outside wall is 200mm/s, the inner wall is 350mm/s, the sparse infill is 430mm/s, the top surface is 200mm/s, and the slow down for overhangs option is selected. I hope this clears things up.
