I to cannot leave like you said "Well Enough Alone" Lol, I just installed the NEW Predator 224 Engine and did a 275 CAM and 26Lb valve spring upgrade on my BT200X Wow! Next move will be the battery and box, the 224cc doest have a charging flywheel but the HISUN 196cc is compatable and it fit with charging coils, thanks for the wiring tip!

Hello I’m working on a Coleman ct200u the ignition coil is defective because the smaller black wire coming off the back of coil part is severed I can’t find where this wire is suppose to connect to? Is this a ground wire? Help please

Just wondering, Did you figure out what voltage is coming off the Dynamo Wire ? Gussing 6-12Vac ? The EX comes with head light figure there the same engine. Looking to pick on up here in a few days.
I never did anything with it. Just added the battery and moved on. Little battery runs the leds for a good while. Not been an issue for me to just plug it in once in a while.

Is that rack in the rear compatible with the bt200x? I just ordered a bt200x but also want a rear rack but wasn’t sure if the racks for the mini bikes that came with them were an easy fit onto the other bikes. Correct me if I’m wrong but can’t you run a ground and then just run wires under the cover to the flywheel that starts it? Or is there nothing for power under there

Coleman used to sell the racks as a set but they apparently no longer do that. They are available as individual pieces on Ebay but are pretty pricey now. Just search for ColemanCT200 racks on Ebay.
Is there an alternative bike with similar specs and frame etc? I've been looking for one for several months. I can't buy this in Europe/Germany over the normal sites because they don't offer international shipping and I can't find it on Ebay or Amazon etc...

I only ride in our neighborhood. Lots of people ride 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, golf carts etc... in the neighborhood. I'm sure there would be issues with the police if I ventured out onto the main streets.

@@momil9272 You'd have to add headlights, tail lights turn signals and mirrors. You'd have to take it in to get it approved as a motorcycle the engine is too big to be a moped, there's plenty of mods to increase the speed of it too. I plan on making mine Street legal this summer

It is made for the CT200 so super easy install. Not sure what would be involved in adapting it to something different.

Thanks. The tread plate is .125. No issue at all with heat. It looks closer in the video than it really is.

As far as I know these motors have no provision to charge a battery.

It's make from a piece of aluminum diamond plate. I bent it on a small sheetmetal metal brake.
