My wife lives in a place very similar to the second one but without aircon in Phra Khanong in Bangkok. I spent the whole COVID time living in it. Only about 3.8k a month, but no rental agreement. it's not a great lifestyle, but it's bearable. The big place would make a good hostel for bar girls.
Thanks mate for sharing this and wow no aircon during Covid, that must have been a little tough but good on you. I think Flybird has quite a few bar girls residing 😊

Hello. I'd like to first say that I really enjoy your videos. I was wondering if you would consider doing a video in the near future that covers everything involved to secure a retirement visa i.e. income requirements and age. I would greatly appreciate this video because you are so very friendly and personable.
Thank you 🙏 Have a look at this video from last year Step-by-Step Guide: Obtaining a Retirement Visa, Driver's License, & Motorcycle License in Pattaya ✅ ruclips.net/video/NHW8Fm9J6uw/видео.html
@@Hound1972 thank you too and for being subscribed to the channel, if you mean how long did I have to wait at the transport office to change the name on the car, well it was over 3 hours and that was each time 😩
Haha, I heard you two giggling while typing my first comment, then had a look at the full screen and could understand why 😂 from the penthouse to the shit house! Spot on! 😊
I had a gf who lived there. Management corrupt. An Austrian guy who owned 2 condos there was at war with management to maintain the place. She paid 4k baht per month
Good to see that they're cracking on with the pool renovation! 😂 it's almost empty already 😂in only a year or so. Unfortunately it doesn't look like the owners aren't maintaining the site at all. Although you could just use it as a lock and leave stuff there base for South east Asia.
lol 😂 if they don’t do anything for another year the water will have evaporated and kids will use it as a skate park. Apparently there is a change in management so it will be interesting to see if anything changes 👍
Heres a suggestion! Find an Aussie (possible pensioner) who rents or purchased similar type property and how he lives off the pension. I.e. budget life style etc and what he does to keep himself occupied! 👍
Hi Jason and Manu, really food for thought. I have a friend who is seriously thinking of doing "flips" .....I've just shared this one and have recommended she watch your previous renovation vids. Thing is though, even if you do a really good spec Reno, given the building itself there must be a ceiling on what you could likely get for it. Were they foreign or company name do you know? The big one is what I'm looking for on paper.......hmmm. Thanks for braving the heat and making great videos.
You guys even make these videos of Pattaya`s not finest properties interesting, with your magical touch. You must be wizards 🤗 Pattaya and Jomtien sure have something for everyone. If you can`t find a suitable option here, at any price, you might need to check your pulse 😂 Thanks guys, keep up your awesome work 😊
The prices of the building complex are great of course but it appears that the buildings need a lot of structural maintenance. Where is the 2000 baht per unit per year going???
@@goodvibespattaya2423 I'm more interested in furnishing a place the way I want to furnish it. Buying a place and then throwing out most of the furnishings seems such a waste. Plus, the layouts in the high rises is terrible for the way I live.
Hi mate, how have you been? Can you please send me an email and I will forward it to Manu, goodvibespattaya@gmail.com and be specific about what you are requesting 👍
Impressively cheap to be sure! However one definitely would have to accept the bad to counter the cheap price heh heh. But hey folks on an extreme budget could find a way to make that place work
I tell you what Jason, all jokes aside with all the tent cities popping up all around Sydney & Melbourne suburbs due to our governments incompetent's those units are an absolute bargain & would have people lining up to purchase these if they were aware!!! Great informative vlog you two, Thank you: Doug!

Haha yeah we have the same saying in Aus 👍👍👍
ya, lipstick on a pig
That is cheap as chips another £15,000 / £20,000 to refurbish it for Sure up somebody’s street
As long as it has a bum gun, then it’s got all you need 😂 Enjoyed seeing the cheaper side. Thanks Jason and Manu 🙏
