I know everyone hates on Meta but you can’t deny the huge leaps they are making in vr and in technology as a whole.
Honestly I hope they drop the whole Metaverse idea as it’s not exactly good for them but with this they have potential

I think that things will just naturally progress with all of their hard work. By Meta continuing to increase the capabilities of mobile VR gaming developers and AAA studios will be able to port their games over. Playing a fully fledged out PS5 or Xbox One X/S game is a lot harder to get it to be playable in VR. Graphics in standard consoles and pc games have JUST gotten a lot better and more realistic we can't expect for those to translate immediately into VR without some trade offs.

For me the jump was even crazier. I skipped the qiest 2 entirely, so for me it was a leap from quest 1 to 3. Absolutely mind blowing

From Q1 to Q2, great leaps taken and this looks like another step in that direction.
Q1 to Q2 is more of a slight upgrade with sidegrade. But Q3 seems like the actual proper upgrade from the Q2

Pre-ordered. Getting in! Can't wait to visit places in SAO and Made in abyss. Love exploring worlds. Roleplaying too is hella fun
just pre-ordered mine! while I used HTC vive pro mostly for work (VR sculpting), but can't wait to have cordless headset honestly, and the fact that I don't need a tracker device is a huge plus. I clown on meta a lot but their VR department is doing some good work.
What the actual hell is this perfect timing. I'm literally about to go to the store and get the PSVR2. VR has made gaming such a huge upgrade and whoever's gonna buy a Quest 3, trust me it's gonna be worth it, it's an underrated VR with much power and specs as you can see everywhere all over the internet. Seeing the VR industry grow time to time makes me wonder what else wil change gaming in the future. As a former Quest 2 user, I can say that this was a great journey to another great experience of Virtual Reality! Meta and Oculus, thank you so much for helping VR gaming grow and as always, we wish you the very best with sales and marketing! Cheers! 🎉

So many things are coming to the nee Meta Quest 3, I'm especially exited about the Kursgesagt collaboration. I watch their videos quite a lot. This is definitely true innovation.

I love my quest 3 so much, first experience with vr and it really feels like the dream i had as a kid of what the future could be, playing my super nintendo and seeing vr in movies and tv and hoping it would come to fruition in my lifetime

@@MetaQuestVR my favourite is contractors, there are so many mods and it's very fun. I also play Skyrim on PCVR a lot and the wander app is super fun, I like picking a random spot and guessing where I am

@@Al-Abbas28 I cannot speak for everyone else, but if you only have a few games on there, it can get boring after a while. So if you dont want to be bored, when getting it you'll also have to think about what games you'd want, and the prices of them with the price of the quest itself. I only have beatsaber and some other things, which i can play every now and then. Though, it really is fun when you get into it.
@@Al-Abbas28It depends, for instance, if you finish most of the games in your library you’ll get pretty bored since there is nothing to do. And not All games have replay ability (as in some games have no new content to check out after finishing the game). However the quest does give you other things to do such as watch movies and videos which is pretty fun. Then there are social games so you aren’t always by yourself and can interact with others and just converse overall . So yeah it can get boring over times but if you find something to occupy yourself it can be fun especially with all the free games and hidden features to check out
@@Al-Abbas28 Depends on the games you play. I have played 1700 ping pong matches and I paid $10 for that game. A lot of games have high replayabiity but those which don't are generally pretty short

@@MetaQuestVRThank you for replying! So far, I’ve played Job Simulator and used RUclips VR. I plan to play PianoVision, Beat Saber, and Lego Bricktales very soon. I’m also planning to use it to help me make animation videos in Blender and play PCVR games in the short future.
@@korbinbattson4181for animation look at " Quill VR" it's a huge community of animation maker in vr and you will find a tons of VR animation for free like " tales of soda island" give it a try

@@MetaQuestVR beat saber, roblox, asgards wrath 2, first encounters (love the mixed reality), first hand, synth riders, the climb and the climb 2, eleven table tennis, astra, fnaf hw 2, and more. the headset has great graphics and the mixed reality works really well. (also the music in this vid is fire🔥🔥)

There's like 40 new games coming out for it and many of the older titles are getting updates for the new hardware.

@smittyvanjagermanjenson182 Nah I want it for sure, but I also want it to DO something. The tech is awesome, but they're trying to sell this game system like it's gonna be the next big thing in the work space. Every game worth having is on my quest 2, or on my index on PC.
@Thezuule1 I already have all the older titles. And I've already to played them to death because we get almost nothing decent. They can say there's 40 games on the way, but then they show 2. I want this thing to succeed, but they keep just not doing anything worth putting the headset on for.
There are definitely games coming out for it. Asgard's Wrath 2 and Assassin's Creed are two big upcoming games coming out for it. There are also a lot more games that got announced in the past month if you bother to look at this RUclips page.
Remote desktop app is not working on mac M2, please fix it. I'm really excited to try out virtual monitors in Quest 3 but with the said issue, I can't!
Quest 2 was an awesome headset got my quest 3 and oh my god this is insane upgrade I never knew you guys would gone off like this from Roblox to cloud gaming to new design controllers and headset there is so much I can’t even take off the headset cause this is just awesome!!!!!

Aren’t self tracked, those are the pro controllers. These just don’t have tracking rings, still use the IR lights, they’re just imbedded in the plastic
