Thank you for giving first review here, does it have dedicated transpose button? which is missing out in mk2
you can transpose using shift+octave buttons, and for reset press both oct + and - buttons together, not sure how it was in minilab 2, must be similar I guess.
@@asliindependent ok thank you bhai, in minilab mk2, You can't transpose onboard, you have to transpose it through midi transpose/pitchshift in DAW and that's only major drawback of minilab mk2

Got my minilab3 a month back...
Was excited to explore ... Your video helped a lot...
Today, after about a month I feel the keys are bit hard...And not very comfortable to play. Maybe coz am used to Casio and Yamaha MIDI enabled but hobby keyboards...
If this is the hardness of all Arturia keyboards I need to think twice before going ahead for one more Midi controller after 2-3 months...
And 25-key is not at all a pleasing experience...49 or 61 would have been better ... You rightly advised...
Does the 49 keys Arturia keyboard has so stiff keys like this?
Have you tried Novation or Akai?
It's a budget keyboard.just recently saw reviews about the bad encoders. They start to fail.

This midi has one of the best keys as compared to other midis in this budget
They give u the same feel as that of a piano

Glad to clarify that it was the latency experience while using this keyboard on my laptop. During a troubleshooting mode, I got an idea of using an audio interface to tackle the latency issue. It worked miracle. I first connect my Focusrite 2i2 and then connect the keyboard and then load my DAW Ableton 10 Intro.
Now am able to enjoy the keyboard to a much better extent. Apologies if my earlier post hurted. That wasn't my intention ever. But yeah, 25 keys is a constraint. I shall go for 88 keys next time. Anyways, thanks for your response

Nice video. The best part being its in Hindi plus English. How do you get a higher octave key in a 25 keys keyboard? I believe there would be a key combination for that. I think I would NOT be very pleased with that. Instead a keyboard with more keys is preferred. Am yet undecided if I should go for 49 or 25...Your comments may help me.
Am a beginner, but somewhat conversant with MIDI and stuff. I hold a Ableton Intro license and am quite happy with it. So far my MIDI keyboard has been my CASIO CTK-2400. Though it serves a purpose of recording MIDI there are so may limitations to that versus a proper MIDI controller.

Would this play just with the standalone version of Analog V Intro OR would I need to load Analog in a DAW (Ableton 10 Intro in my case) and then start using the keyboard?

I have both, currently using lewitt 440 as my main mic, however in a mix you won't be able to tell the difference between the two, very close.

@@ritikkoul32 440, light weight hai so mic stand pe stable hai, I like the magnetic pop filter, and looks good on camera lol, these are the reasons why I use it over nt1a, but be careful with sibilance, it has a tendency to be harsh in higher frequencies when too much processing is applied, otherwise it’s great!

I have the mk2 and weight is my concern as i travel alot.
if you can tell me the precise weight then it will be great.
official website says both mk2 and mk3 are 1.5kg.
I’m glad you brought this up as I’ve missed this point in the video, even I was surprised to see the weight being mentioned the same despite the fact that on minilab 3 the back side is also plastic compared to metallic on minilab 2, I’ve used a weighing scale to measure and minilab 3 is 1 kg, approx 500 grams lighter than minilab 2. Not sure how much this will affect the frequent travelers but for reference launchkey is 700gms and mpk mini is 800gms approximately. Minilab is ought to be heavier given a slightly bigger footprint. Hope this helps.

Bhaiya mere paas 13k-14k ka budget hai...mere paas ek option hai ki ya to mein lct 240 pro lelu ya fir at 2020 lekar baki paiso se midi keyboard ya fir laptop ki ram upgrade karlu since I have 4gb ram with SSD(but abhi tak production and mixing me koi problem nahi aai )...what should I go for?? Plz btaiyega
depends k tumhara main goal kya hai, if you’re a vocalist allocate more budget on mic, if you’ll be producing music for others commercially then invest in better computer first, dhire dhire sab upgrade karna hi hai 3-4 saal me so start with your priority. Hope this helps!

are why be sad, ultimately it’s all about having keys to play chords and melodies, no doubt minilab 3 is better but it doesn’t mean minilab 2 is bad, a good proof of this point is that it is still being sold everywhere, so don’t worry, enjoy making music!✨
