Love the content, I’m a student in college hoping to get into University to study game art and your videos are amazing especially seeing your workflow and the techniques that you use it’s helped me a lot and I’m thankful. P.S. Are you based in the US or Uk
As much as I like polyrendr's stuff these aren't really usable models, they're neither game ready nor good for stuff like film, it's a fun watch but I don't think you should take it as a learning thing
@@Daniel_Vital I work in VR and this is perfectly fine. As well as I'm not sure what you mean by "not game ready" when you can put this into a game engine like this and it definitely could be a static asset if a character/player will get close to it in a room (hero asset). If you're talking about retopologizing then thats hardly a step that will take long with live quad drawing these days. Do you work in the industry?
@@jeffyboi6969 Well, no shot it works, it just isnt optimized at all, and if you are using this time of models in VR games, than wtf are you doing. I am not even sure what you dont agree about my take, you said it all. No, I dont work in the industry, yet
Yes for sure! Just keep practicing and build up a portfolio. You may not always be able to use the software of choice but what's more important is learning the workflows!

Ozm man😍❤️
How did you create the cloth wrinkles/folds in painter? or did you bake it from a hi res model?
Just one mesh was used, the folds were created from a normal map.

Sir everyone teaching substance how to texture assets no one teaching how to texture animal body like monkey horse etc.
Unfortunately I'm not a character artist so I don't really do creatures or characters that often.
