Aah the conventions are back, my personal Woo fave, well done, as always. :) I like how after the convention officially closes for the day there's this period right afterward, where everyone is tired but not quite ready to leave just yet, so we all gather around the fountains right outside and just chill for a bit longer, take pictures of each other and take it all in. I like to call it "closing ceremonies", and for some reason Anaheim Convention Center is especially nice for that.
Was watching the livestream where they were interviewing Ashley Eckstein, Ewan McGregor, and Hayden Christensen and thought , “Adam is out there somewhere…” Aside from DragonCon, Celebration is by far my favorite con!

A lot of great costumes. I did a double take on the amazing George Lucas! That bantha prop is awesome and a nice line up of bounty hunters from Jedi. Although, I personally would like to see a really good Bossk!
Very cool- I am more a Star Trek fan but I love Star Wars as well- and I remember in 1990 riding Star Tours and seeing the Star Tours stuff bought back memories of my trip to California that year with my late aunt- I also love the loyalty of fans of series- things like this make me happy and make life worthwhile. Boy has *Anaheim Convention Center* grown up; last time I was there was or a WWE Live Event and they only had one small section that faced Katella Avenue. BTW Disney need get a hold of who ever created (designed) the animated Grogu at 14:50-15:15; imagine him in SW:GE (maybe a little bit bigger). Also glad to see that *Spaceballs* was represented. *_"May the Schwartz be with you...."_*

Was my first celebration as well. I attended Thursday and am here on Sunday. I got to see the surprise Ewan/Hayden stage presentation! Finally I got to see something! I was just outside Hall D and could hear the announcement, so I stepped inside to see them. I tried to tell people but lots of people were just outside eating. The 501st was posing for a group photo. I couldn’t get a pass to the store so I guess I’ll try to wait in the line for the store. I just want a T shirt!!! The oversized porg was my favorite cosplayer.
I'v'e never seen a Star Wars film but watching you go to these conventions makes me want to maybe just give one a look. If I did decide to, should I watch in chronological order or in order of release?
Sadly, Colin Cantwell died just last weekend on May 21st at the age of 90. Colin Cantwell was the man who designed many of the spacecraft for Star Wars (and other movies) including the iconic Death Star, TIE Fighter and X-wing Fighter.

They usually do a massive group photo of all the cosplayers in groups together at the end of con.Wish you could have seen it.
