simply just takin that first step by doing things you dont want to do, but doing it anyways cuz u know how much it gon benifit you. thats how I learned dicipline, it all started with taking that first step.
^ what my dawg said is fax, but at a young age yo metabolism is so fast all u really gotta do is workout consistently and the foods u eat will burn during the workout, but once u see a real transformation I’d start to cut out the bad foods
Took a year off listening to music and though music unavoidable like when I’m in the car with other people but I tossed my head phones, to take a week or 2 off listening to music in the morning on the way to school.
