I been doing 100 calf raises and push ups a night and they making my legs and arms hurt crazy but I dunked for the first time during practice yesterday so I gotta keep doing em to be consistent.
There is science that supports it growing and stunting, I’ve seen people grow taller with my own eyes through out school years and some of them had been working out since elementary, for sports, I’d just suggest rest days like I said in the video if your worried about that

Only thing that would stunt your growth would be going on a calorie deficit cause your not meeting the right amount of nutrients per day to grow
Nah only if you use improper form on things like dead lifts which can worsen your spike and decompress it
