This is my take 1. Creators. Creators are the ones who create plays and scoring opportunities for themselves and their team. Their primary skills are passing and play making. Most common position for this is point gaurd. 2. Slashers. These guys are the ones who can really bring the ball to the basket and scoring. Using their speed, agility, strength and pure athleticism to power through defense, slashing to and attacking the basket. Primary skills are most likely ball handling and scoring. Most common for power forwards and centers. 3. Snipers. This might be the simplest out of the Snipers have the ability to knock down shots from different places across the court and hit their shots from a distance. Primary skills are of course shooting. These guys bring another scoring option for teams and can be the star of your team if you use them right. Most common from shooting guards and in this age, point guards. 4. Operator. Operators are the ones who have an answer to all your moves. They have variety and versatility and know how to operate the ball to win. They will always be able to pave a road to scoring with their large array of skills and abilities. They don't have a main skills and it depends on the person. It's the most flexible role and you can pick out what main skill you want as a player. Most common for small forwards.
