Thank you Mr. David for these wise words. I only need 20 credits to graduate and get my bachelors. I have been attending college since 2019 with a "gap year" after my 3rd year. However, I did not take any gap between high school and college, so this was a first for me. I am attending now as a part-time student with online classes.
I really did turn into a big baby when I found out college wasn't going to be a simple four-year journey. By my junior year, I felt like I had no choice but to either drop out or take a break. I couldn't get myself to show up or do work, I was so cooked. After a year giving up, slapping myself and trying to wake up to reality, I feel like I have a fresh chance here. I've been studying IT and it really is like piercing my own ear.
graduated high school 3.5 years ago and I’m still going at my computer science degree at community college. I didn’t know how college or high school worked coming from immigrant parents. I don’t feel motivated anymore but I gotta do what i gotta do. Its taking me awhile and sometimes I feel insecure about it since everyone finished there bachelors in 4 or less years lol
one of the biggest mistakes you can make as a college student is thinking college has to be four years
Exactly, 4 years and internships >> 3 years and no experience

Thanks im in my third year of chem engineering and have an exam tomorrow at 8 i dont feel motivated to study and our professor is useless so ill have to teach myself everything. The last exam the class average was 43%
That's pretty much every math and science class in college. You have to teach yourself.
