It is awesome! Thanks for watching @anjomo96! We're doing a review on the Flash Batmobile in a couple weeks (our regularly scheduled Collectibles Video week) it's similar to the one we had as kids - but it does have a moving canopy/hatch. Let us know what you think on that one!
They couldnt have done anything better???? Have you seen the Jazzinc version coming shortly? This is closer to the Mcfarlane version than the Jazzinc version.
@dragondenproductions9728 I would sell the hot toys one to make room. I canceled my hot toys pre-order the moment I saw the jazzinc one. The 89 Batmobile for me is the opitimy of Hollywood movie cars. The Jazzinc version looks to be the definitive museum piece for that car.
How old are you? 12? You have any idea how silly your comment is? The Hot Toys Batmobile was the 'peak' version to have for close to a decade. Your insulting comment of comparing it to a McFarlane version shows that your trying to bolster your decision to buy the Jazzinc. The Jazzinc version is good but it's not $2K good ($1500 plus $250 shipping and tax). There are collectors out there with actual Batmobile's with movie accurate shells, instruments, and running gears -- so your comparison makes no sense. I had a Jazzinc preorder and cancelled because (1) I can't justify the price (2) the HT version barely fits my shelf (3) if something happens, I'm not having to ship it back to Finland on my dime to get it fixed. Don't be a tool... collect what you love and can afford. Someday, someone will probably make a version better than the Jazzinc.
@MrRawnch exactly, it was the peak version 10 years ago, and the 2.0 improves on nothing. It's an unpainted black plastic body, all plastic. Only the painted details on the lower sides and some cockpit detail separate this from a McFarlane Batmobile. Insulting? Yea, but it is insulting that this is the best Hot Toys will release. I don't know about you, but I got into 1/6 scale collecting for the quality and detail. Of course it depends on how much the 89 Batmobile matters to someone, but for me the price difference is not important. I would rather have this car done properly than say have another 3 hot toy figures.
This is the batmobile toy we needed as kids!!!! Remember the toy biz/kenner ones without a hatch?!
This thing is awesome!

Great video
Thanks, @RunningGeek!
Congrats! These are dope. Got mine last month and I love it.
Congrats to you too! It is an awesome piece
It's just makes sense.....cause he's batman!
LOL
You need to make that rotating lift, automatic, and have it in a case.
I think you're right!

We have looked at the Jazzinc version - it looks awesome. Their 1:6 scale 1968 Batmobile is crazy good looking too. Wish we had more room!
