    Hi..I'm Goan too. I wait for the curry to boil first and add bhendis last as it can get sticky if you boil too long. It should remain crunchy.. I also add tomato to the onions in the begining and mash it..Anyway this should be good too. Thanks

    Andrea I feel the curry bcomes little slimy with okra how to avoid cud u pls give some tip

      this curry doesn't become slimy, as we add the solam or kokum to make it less slimy.
