Maybe the information below will cure your ignorance and deliver you from your perpetual feeling of victimhood:
Onne (Near Port Harcourt) Seaport in Nigeria has a depth of approximately 12 meters (about 39 feet) at the entrance and around 8 to 10 meters (about 26 to 33 feet) in the berthing areas, depending on the specific terminal. This depth allows the port to accommodate various types of vessels, including larger cargo ships.
Onne Seaport primarily handles several types of cargo ships, including:
      1. Container Ships: For transporting cargo in containers, including consumer goods and manufactured products.
      2. Bulk Carriers: Used for transporting bulk commodities such as agricultural products, coal, and minerals.
      3. General Cargo Ships: Carry various types of goods that are not containerized, including machinery and industrial products.
      4. Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) Ships: Designed for vehicles and heavy equipment that can be driven on and off the ship.
      5. Tankers: For transporting liquid bulk cargo, including petroleum products.
      6. Supply Vessels: Often used in the oil and gas industry to deliver supplies to offshore installations.
Onne Seaport is particularly significant for the oil and gas sector, supporting logistics for exploration and production activities in the Niger Delta region.

He was kidnapped and sold into slavery as a child, and eventually brought to Bonny ( Although some historians claimed he migrated to Bonny on his freewill). After a civil war in Bonny in 1869, Jaja retreated to Andony territory with members of his clan. He established the Kingdom of Opobo on Ikot Abasi, naming it after Opobo the Great, a Pepple king. His Igbo managerial and enterprise ability were well documented in his business endeavors.

Opobo existed since the 17th century, the Ijaws who owns that land were interacting with Portuguese traders as early as 1660’s.
Secondly, Jaja was a slave who belonged to an Ijaw war lord and trader. Being the most trusted slave, his master entrusted his business into Jaja’s hands and when the old bloke died without an heir, somehow Jaja was ably to buy off his family and continued the business. Which included raiding up north into the Igbo lands and selling the captured slaves to European buyers .
Go read British history, the reason why he was dethroned was refusal to stop slave trades, not oil palm as the narrator pushes here.
All these whitewashing of history to suit some naive narratives!

@@bigdaf6981my question above is yet to be answered by the original commenter and now here you come with another spin on the subject.
Opobo was founded in 1817, that’s 208 years ago this year. Do you dispute this?
So, two centuries and counting but with just a few lines of claims on RUclips without any shred of evidence you want us to believe your story over the one that’s over 200 years old, come on men, stop with these after the fact, overnight historians who bring only diversionary claims just to promote their preferred side show narratives.

@@joeyternaagor6457 No, but I've done research on who the real man was; read many books written during his time. Not the fake history we were taught

The place looks very depressing with their dilapidated looking houses. Only they have going is their fish and their single new road.
