Oh my goodness - as a health professional I can tell you that hand scan is such a lot of rubbish! Please do NOT do a 'liver cleanse' as it's NOT necessary - our liver is an incredible organ and unless you have liver disease it needs no help. Please don't peddle this rubbish as some people watching this will believe it and waste their money!

I was a health care professional also (retired) and can say 100%, that I agree with you sallyann! It is a lot of "snake oil". Ridiculous what they will come up with:( You never need a "cleanse" in any sense-your liver and kidneys do an EXCELLENT job of doing it for you 24/7. I really wish Josie would not highlight things that are just a "money grab".

A good way to reduce stress is to practice the art of letting go. Most of the things we stress about do not matter THAT much. It’s surprising the degree to which we can learn to say to ourselves : I’m going to let this go, it’s not life and death and how much will this matter in 5 years time, or ten years time? There’s a zen Buddhist teaching that we should ask ourselves: ‘where will I be (and where will this problem that’s worrying me be) in a hundred years time?’ And the answer is (most likely!) - that we will all be (essentially) ‘dust’. You have everything that really matters: you have your health, and you have love and friendship in your life. Everything else is just icing on the cake - and if you lost all the luxury handbags, clothes, jewellery etc you’d still be a very lucky human indeed. You will be ok - and you really can afford to let go of the little every day worries. Your peace of mind is much more valuable than any of the possessions you have in your life - as long as you have Charlie and your family you are rich indeed, and also secure, safe and secure with all that love, friendship and support. There really is no need to worry about all the rest 💗x

Lovely video as always, Josie. Re your restorative era: I went through a similar process when as an academic, I saw how the stress was taking a toll on me and my colleagues. I wanted an evidence based meditation program and found one called Inner Engineering from the Isha Foundation (based on yogic science). Six years later I do this daily without fail and it has truly changed my life. Also re rhubarb, here is a recipe for you - cornbread stuffing:
5 cups chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb,
    1/2 inch pieces, thawed
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup butter or margarine, divided
    3 cups corn bread stuffing
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
In a large bowl, toss rhubarb and sugar; set aside. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion in 2 tablespoon butter until tender; add to rhubarb mixture. Stir in stuffing and walnuts.
Melt the remaining butter; pour over the stuffing mixture and toss lightly. Spoon into a greased 2-quart shallow baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes or until stuffing is heated through and top is lightly browned. Serve warm.

I have an Aquadition reverse osmosis water
Filter that is attached to your tap an cyphers off into a tank. It is the same
System used in space to filter water. You get the flyers replaced every 6-12 months depending o. How much you use it. It has a royal seal of approval. It removes all nasties from the water. We bought it many years ago because my son was born with a kidney condition.

Hey Josie, I also struggle with horrible seasonal allergies and the only thing that has worked wonders for me is taking a stinging nettle tincture! I tried just about everything else and nothing worked until I tried nettle, which I started taking a couple droppers full of each day only during the periods I usually get allergies or as needed when I start to feel sniffly, and it completely clears my nose up when nothing else does! I don't know if you are familiar with herbal tinctures, but I would look into stinging nettle and see if it could be for you (and plus it is a nutritive herb, so it also gives your body some excellent nutrients and minerals too).

josie, you're not supposed to wear clothes in the sauna, even if it's an infrared sauna! ideally, you'd wear nothing, but you can wear a towel or a bathing suit, just like in a regular sauna. very loose clothing is also okay, like a linen dress / shirt with nothing underneath, but definitely not tight gym clothes. and definitely not clothes that you've worn outside and that have germs that you're bringing in all over them...

Also I am so surprised you have been drinking tap water all this time 😮 I unfortunately buy bottled water which I hate doing which is why I am looking for an alternative solution but it has to taste bloody good 😀

It would make sense that your liver needs support as you're suffering hay fever symptoms, which is a sign of over burdened liver. I have some wonderful tea recipes for this and a recommendation for an incredible green powder blend that does wonders for the liver, if you'd like them. I do a lot of work on the liver with my clients, being that it's the main detoxification centre of the body! I'm intrigued though as to how you could have low magnesium if you're supplementing with wild nutrition. Is it magnesium glycerinate you're taking? If it's depleted, even with supplementation, this would suggest very high stress levels. Take care of you and thank you for the vlog!xo

Josie have you ever considered trying Lottabody setting lotion, I used to use it for my pincurls and those curls lsted days! Could be something you can experiment with for those heat free days
