    gusto ko po may makausap tungkol sa depression ko, i been sufferring this for over 3yrs, at nagdedevelop na po ang katawan ko nang panic attact

      I am sorry to know you are suffering. Para sa akin, mas important na kumausap or mag-reach out ka na sa medical professionals like psychiatrist and psychologists/counsellors. Imporante yan especially mas lalong nag-manifest na sa katawan mo yung mental well-being mo. I just hope you have friends to talk with. Don't be afraid to open up and reach out.
