THANK YOU Jesus for teaching me to be a humble missionary of peace to share SHALOM WITH OTHERS TO SHARE YOUR LOVE AND MOVE ON. Love you Heavenly Father. Amen and Shalom 🙏 🎉😂❤
Heavenly Father, thank You for sending Jesus Christ to be our PRINCE OF PEACE. Your peace surpasses all understanding. Your peace is the kind the world can't take away. LORD, if it is possible, as far as it depends on us, help us to live in peace with everyone. (Romans 12:18) In Jesus' name. Amen.
God invites each one of us to find His peace, this peace, in His Sabbath! I have been keeping His Holy Day, the seventh day, Saturday, four four years now. It is a delight! Isaiah 58:13-14. Shabbat Shalom!
@trinidad2450 Hi, I am not looking to debate this with you. Just sharing what I believe and do, based on my understanding on scripture. The commandment regarding keeping a certain day holy is about not working on one day a week. Exodus 20:8 says, "Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the LORD your God." "Holy" means keep separate. So by definition, it would be impossible to keep everyday separate. Isaiah 58:14 says, IF you keep "His Holy day, THEN you will find your joy in the LORD".
@@trinidad2450 Oh I don't feel bad. I hope you don't. 😀 I actually like sharing what I have been learning and discussing it with other Christians who are also looking to learn more about our faith. I'm not sure where you are at with this Sabbath thing, it is just one thing I have been learning. I don't want to belabor this, but if you are looking, here is something to ponder on that I have learned. We are told Paul is saying in these verses that he is telling us the Sabbath is not a big deal anymore. Which actually contradicts all the rest of scripture. But I don't think it says what we are told. Regarding Romans 14:5. The chapter begins with "passing judgment on disputable matters" Romans 14:1. Yahweh’s 4th Commandment is not a "disputable matter" and the Jews, including Paul, did not consider Yahweh’s Sabbath a "disputable matter". Just read Acts 6, where it just took a false rumor that Stephen was speaking against the Làw to have him dragged away and stoned. They were very serious about keeping Yahweh’s Sabbath Day Holy, and it was not at all a disputable matter. Romans 14 is all about eating and fasting, and this is what the disputable matter was regarding. Not about the Holy Sabbath Day. The first clue should be, that the Sabbath is not even mentioned anywhere in the text. One would think that if something as drastic as changing Yahweh's Holy Sabbath Day, the Sabbath would at least be mentioned! The real "disputable matter" that Paul is addressing, has nothing to do with the Sabbath. It is about which "sacred" day to fast on. There is no clear direction in the Torah about which day is sacred to fast on. Hence, this is why it is "disputable". So Paul has to do his best to sort out this matter One considered one day more sacred to fast on, one considers everyday alike. He who EATS and gives thanks, does so to the Lord. Those who ABSTAINS, does so to the Lord. Paul couldn't use the Torah to sort this out, so he said, "each one should be fully convinced in his own mind." If the dispute was about which day was the Sabbath?, Paul would have just pointed to the Torah, Exodus 20:10 and that would be the end of the discussion. Give Romans a reread and let me know if you see this point of view? This was one of the verses that had me changing my understanding of some of the scriptures.

This is commendable, each day can be holy unto the Lord, not just Saturday.

@ Sorry you feel this way, all I was doing was saying what the Apostle Paul said that he regarded all days as holy unto the Lord.
