Did you use the buttercream from Sam's or Pastry Pride Whip or something else?
I'd like to see some 3+ tiers of Quinceanera and wedding cakes out of Whip w/ or w/o fondant appliques . Also, some themed cakes like religious Easter (empty tomb), teenager cakes for boys and girls, 4th of July, swim competition, baptism (2 people inside the font, by immersion ), nurse cake, teacher, office /business cake, Father's Day....(I can go on, 🤣)

We use Rich’s buttercream (: and we love it
I heard from some other bakers that they are once again getting the icing from Sam's. Apparently with the storms in Texas, they had a setback with production.
