When you find this beautiful piece of music and also find that an old college friend is the tenor soloist :D
How incredibly beautiful. You lifted my soul. Blessings to each of you.
Now I know how sublime life's peak moments are. Memories. Bliss. Life. Love. Talent. Better than a long--awaited newborn.
Magnifique
Love love love love love love 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Very fine performances from the choir and orchestra.
I see what you did there. And yes, I would agree.
The Sanctus around 29:00 is classic goosebump Dan Forrest. Who doesn't want snare drum in a Requiem?
A lovely work, performed by a remarkable ensemble.
As beautiful as ever, each rendition of the requiem for the living is superb. Perfect piece!!
EXCEPTIONAL WORK BY ALL. THANKS FOE THE UPLOAD. I WILL BE LISTENING TO THIS OFTEN
Je découvre Dan Forrest. Belle surprise sur le requiem et sur d'autres œuvres....
Beautiful thank you for sharing and bringing this wonderful score to my world 👍👍
Beautiful work full of soaring melodies and vibrant rhythmic vitality!
Yes...hard to turn pages of music. Print them in a way there are less page turns to help players. Beautiful music! Thank you Dan Forrest!
Nádherné
My favorite part is at 28:50.
Sadly, I never hear this music on QXR in NY (105.9), and I never even hear the DJ's talk about Dan Forrest. This song, and Dawn from on High, should make regular appearances on their station, IMHO. Especially THIS^^^^^ Masterpiece!! (But Vanitus Vanitatum sounds more powerful and better when the organ is used for that part)
What do the words say/mean in song? Very awesome orchestra/choir music that sounds like a movie score often. I love it! Thanks for all your hard work to write this great music. God bless!
This sounds like a movie soundtrack
You should hear this with the Rivertree Singers. Seriously, it's gorgeous.
Not a patch on the Rivertree performance
le requiem de Gabriel Fauré de dan forrest😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
The soprano soloist sounds very shaky. Such a shame.
her vibrato was too much for my taste, but incredible voice tho
Enjoyed the performance except for the soloists. They were a bit subpar for my tastes. Also, the soprano has too out of control vibrato that distracts from the beauty of the music.
I have seen dumb comments but this takes the cake 🤦🏼♂️
