The drums are right up there with the "promised" washing machines, box of vegetables in New York, the Costco snacks at Uvalde and the promise of a basketball court in Nigeria. Cheapola.

It would make no difference. As the son of the Monarch he will always be Prince Harry, official title or not. In the same way that the Duke of Windsor remained the hereditary Monarch even though he abdicated.
After his abdication, Edward was only ever known as the Duke of Windsor. He wasn’t allowed on GB soil except with express permissions from the monarch. HE was allowed to attend his mother’s funeral, she was not. She did get to attend his funeral. They were not invited to QEIIs coronation nor her fathers funeral.

Patricia and Harry, Q.E.II as Elizabeth and Charles, Anne etc were all born as Elizabeth, Charles, Patricia, Anne, Harry etc and were then Gifted the Status of Prince, Princess , they were not born a prince princess. The Colombian VP seems in her statement have been interested purely in M - 'this is a woman who deserves to visit our country and share her story'. So why was H even there? And how the VP thought was so 'strengthening' for women around the world in M's story of advancing herself by capturing a rich man from a powerful family, parasitising him, cutting off her own family completely, estranging him completely from his family and friends, removing him from his home and his country, creating a pair of extremely mysterious children with him and keeping them as isolated as her husband, and then pursuing a relentless vendetta of bullying and revenge against his family for 7 years and counting, whilst literally pimping out herself and her husband on the basis of his family and connections? Not one single aspect of that is either normal, or admirable.

I would add that they do not know HOW to work. Meghan can memorize lines and move from Point A to Point B; Harry has only ever had to go and do what he was told by the Palace, pre-arranged by his aides, or ordered by the army. Initiative and earning, problem solving and improving, are all foreign concepts. Between them, they already (allegedly) know it all.

I think it was a smokescreen intended by the VP to take the public eye off the poverty, starvation, and danger present in Colombia.
If it had been the promised athletic superstar, it might have worked. H and M were a poor choice for being unknown, boring, and wholly lacking in charisma. I increasingly feel that the Act of Settlement needs to be updated by Parliament with a clause which says that any person in the Line of Succession who is deemed by Parliament to be guilty of 'conduct unbecoming' can be removed from LoS, together with any issue, and permanently debarred from any chance of succeeding to the Throne.

The problem of thesey two bufoons (one of the problems) is not having in mind a clear idea of what they want. They want to be at the same time so many different things that at the end their comunication always turns out to be contraddictory.
Colombia just another example.
They want to emulate Diana's mood, to be humanitarians, down-on-earth people, going around the world bringing a message of hope, joy, positivity.
But in the meantime the want to appear politically relevant, to be considered royals, desperate for titles, status, presidential security.
And things end to look like a mess, with them into very staged occasions, meeting only few selected people, surrounded by hundred of armed guards and a very expensive organization.
They shoud decide: to be human, sensitive, in touch with real people, or to be VIPs kept out of public touch because so important not to be touched and seen by common human beings...
But just another example.
They have no real passion, nor talent, nor true aim in life beside themselves, and people can see it exactly from the real fact that they aren't able to remain attached to a single narrative.
They can try how much they like to fill the void of their idleness and irrilevance, trying in the same times different pathes. But it's useless, what comes out it's just a huge mess that ends to enlight exactly that void.
While the only way out, for them, should be to give up all these shenanigans and try at least once to focus on one single objective. Not only for a matter of obtaining results, but above all as an attempt to grow up into adulthood...
I used to cruise to Cartagena. On the pier there were DOZENS of “boys” holding machine guns. I got off the ship one time& we all were on a bus tour. BEAUTIFUL city! But very scary to see so many military forces. At the time I felt threatened & not them being for our protection but it was a cruise ship& I think it was mandatory for the cruise liners insurance purposes. That was approx 40 yrs ago. We were actually advised not to get off the ship unless it was via the shore excursion. Panama City Panama were absolutely advised not to get off the ship ata.
This being said the fake royals appear to have gotten a smidge more security resources than the average vacationer🤷♀️
