There have been dozens of celebrities through the years that have been labeled difficult. The difference is that those people had huge talent in some capacity, their voice, their brains, their beauty, their physical or sporting prowess or their high achievements politically. People will put up with diva behaviour in those cases because they are usually benefitting themselves from that talent. Totally agree. Most people have never faced that form of unhinged rage, they expect people, especially in the workplace, to act within normal parameters. When faced with totally unexplainable actions from a supposed ‘high level’ person scrambles normal people’s brain and they don’t know how to act or cope with it. Her charity is a fake charity set up in delaware and only has to give 5% of monies as charitable donations. 95% is kept for exhorbitant wages for the male employees the females receiving a great deal less for the same position and charity expenses. It is a criminal enterprise which gives donations for political causes which is illegal.

I work with senior male managers and they are direct sometimes but never rude, literally never. It’s not a thing. Politeness is something that pretty much everyone values, except horrible people!
Most men in the workplace are to frightened to even blink for fear of being done for harrassment. My own brother has said he wont even say to a female work colleague you look nice today. He reckons just not worth the possible blow back.
