as a younger guy i worked in food service, from mcdonalds, to subway, to smaller local restaurants with more involved work. despite me not liking their food, and being paid less , i enjoyed working at subway the most out of all. i lived in a small town where that subway was, and i worked the afternoon/closing shift. it was pretty cool, this was 20yrs ago or so, i would park my car near the building and play my XM radio over the subway stereo, and just chill. yea it was boring, but i liked the quiet. this reminded me of those days

I'm from the US. I worked in London for a little over a month and when I first stopped by Tesco, I was surprised to find that they sold packaged tuna and corn sandwiches. I thought, "Oh what the hell. Why not?". After trying it, I would get them all the time. That, a pepsi and a bag of Walkers cheese & onion chips became one of my favorite snacks.
Everytime I watch I try and see if there's any branding on the packaging or anything that allows me to know where this is so I can actually come and buy something. The burgers alone looked amazing.

@@06hurdwp He meant that they get the food first, and then pay. This is cafeteria style, where you pay at the end. But these are all employees of the company and I doubt that people are going to be stealing food. What a stupid way to get fired.
@@jaklg7905 You don’t live in a “real world” do you? People steal everywhere. And what I was asking was, do the employees pay fr every single option they hav, or is it basically an “honor” type stem where ou pay for the meal offered - regardless of your variations.

Yes, you will get a couple every once in a while that will steal, but if it was such a big issue, they would change the way they do things. I very much live in the real world, more so than most people. And what you are describing is not "the honor system". So maybe reach into that dictionary of yours and find the appropriate terminology for what you are asking.
Please take notice subway, when I say I want a small amount of mayo this is what I mean. No clue why they think that I want my ingredients to float in mayo.
