Tom, how do you say in peace and joy when you're sinning almost every day? I find it hard because I feel like I need to go to confession every day because I have so much anger and resentment in my marriage. You're always so positive and I know you always give great advice.
Every time you get angry or resentment say jusus i give this anger/resentment to you give me your peace and love. For the people who have hurt you whenever you find yourself dwelling on situations say to yourself ( name the person ) i love you i bless you i send you on your way. This is what i did not easy at first but God will take your pain and try to hold no bad feelings rember we are judged as we judge others God bless guide and protect you and yours❤
