இதென்ன இதைவிட பிரமாதம் என் ஸ்டார் சிட்டி(சட்டி). சவர் லெட் ஸ்பார்க் கார்.வாங்கி அனுபவித்துள்ளேன்.இப்ப ஹீரோ கிளேமர் அதுவும் தண்டம். வாங்கியது எல்லாமே புதிய வண்டிதான்.ஓடினா சரி இல்லாவிட்டால் தண்டம்.
இந்த கம்பெனி பெயரில் கேஸ் போட்டா என்ன யாராவது ஒருத்தர் அதை செஞ்சா தானே இந்த மாதிரி விஷயங்கள் நடக்காது
Yes I also faced many issues,I paid and replaced(all switches and body unquality materials) .
I have this vehicle 2 1/2 years old. After second year i have problem in break system , tyre bubbled, electrical falt. Service centre not responding. Then i went to Tyre company to change tyre. Indicator dull finished. I ask replace service person given message don't park road.

This is the Comment from Dealer side. We are operating dealship for hero electric bikes, we are also facing lots of issues from the day of opening our showroom regarding quality of bikes , and the issue regarding warranty claim is going for the past 8 months. we have done as much as possible to claim warranty of the battery from our side. We are standing only because of our geniune customers but because of the hero electric companies fault we are also facing lots of problems.
There is not only problem in warranty and quality
Subsidy from the government is also not credited for past 1 year that amounts to nearly 50 lacs. We are dealer and we are trying our best to solve the issues but everything is not in dealers hand company have to support us. Thank you for your video Keep sharing friends keep supporting

Battery, body fibre quality, brake system, light,sidestand, now the tyre also need to change ,i ride only 2500km.
Last 4months i didn't ride due to worst Battery backup problem
