Pelvic Mobility Yoga Flow

  • A lot of pelvic health physical therapy diagnoses that I treat in the clinic require a certain level of flexibility and mobility in the pelvis and the joints surrounding it like the mid back, low back, and the hips. Yoga is a great practice that implements a lot of functional dynamic positions to release and stretch these joints. This yoga flow is a combination of different stretches I prescribe to my pelvic patients on a daily basis. This is also my morning mobility routine, so have fun exploring these positions and let me know what you think!

    I did this tonight - I was able to do this. I was sweating at the end. My body is definitely tight, especially left inner thigh. Should I do this everyday?
