The DS version of Chrono Trigger is basically the best things from the ps1 and snes versions combined. It has the fast load times of the snes version, with the added cut scenes of the ps1 version. It is also nice playing on two screens, so the main screen isn’t cluttered in menus. The DS version is arguably the best version of chrono trigger and will continue to rise in price.
There are those sellers on Amazon that always list every item for $299 even when it's still in stock for $10, so when all others sell, theirs is the only available listing and they never have to worry about updating anything

That anime box set is a bootleg, which is probably why it didn't scan to the right item. The biggest tell on those is the texture (very smooth cardboard) and the inclusion of Chinese Subtitles listed on the box.
For my personal preference I enjoy these real time videos with not much editing. I'm not a fan of the time lapse, but I could be the only one who feels that way. Just what I enjoy.

Funny, I found that "Cize" DVD package at Goodwill the other day, got it. I searched for it on eBay and was able to find it (don't think the barcode worked but typing it did). Also, that anime DVD collection looked like "Maison Ikkoku", an older anime series (80s). And lol, it's TRI-gun, not tree-goon. Great 90s anime series. Finally- I've got both the SNES and DS version of Chronotrigger (probably my favorite game ever). They're largely the same thing, though the DS version has some extra features added, including a post-game minigame that's mainly a "go fetch the McGuffins" endless quest, heh. Gets repetitive fast but is neat to go do a few new things in familiar scenes. (Also, cool Transformers Gen 2 video game that your friend has there.)

Caleb to answer your question about Chrono Trigger, it is the same game as the SNES but they make use of the dual screen by putting menus and maps and text on the bottom screen. IMHO it is the best way to play the game.
This is just me. I wouldn't have my games in the attic. They would get to hot. The cartridge games most of the time have on the back for them to not be in heat
Sticker is sealed, that was how the factory sealed it, so in my opionion its factory sealed, just like the original nes blackbox games, they just have sticker seals, no celefain or however you spell that lol

That japanese dvd set looks like it might be Orange Road or Maison Ikkoku which are worth some money, probably not the Japanese version though if it doesnt have english subtitles at least
At 16:20 , I kind of think it will be the same with the 3DS Pokémon games. For the most part they are still available at Walmart’s, and a lot of people are just stacking up on them like you are. What makes you think it’ll be much different with the 3DS Pokémon games. No hate haha, just curious in your mind process about it.
Also when you asked Rick about chrono trigger being the same as the SNES version. They’re very close to being exactly the same. They fixed the script of the game on the DS and PS1 versions but the DS also has other add ons and it’s widely accepted that the DS version is actually the most complete version of the game because “best” is subjective to a lot of factors.

Chrono Trigger on the DS is not the same as the original. They tweaked the verbiage and added a some content.....also, that version fetches a better price if it has the poster with it
Love your videos but genuine question. What is with the American market for stuff. A good chunk of what you pick up is available brand new cheaper than what you paid for it here. And no where near worth what your Amazon app scans to. 101 Dalmatians for example £5.99 on Amazon new. Still love watching your videos. Just the market seems all over the shop there.
