I’ve had this head cannon with this movie in particular with this song and the like at 1:49 “promise me you’ll try to be an absolute disgrace” if you truly take a moment to think about it what would be the most disgraceful thing a child of a villain like maleficent would be? Truly I believe it would be disregarding what you’ve been taught your whole life and your mothers master plan to become good in the process and make your own way in life on the side of good and not the side of evil

I love Kristine I got to see her up in Provincetown perform in a small Hall in August and she was so delightful all of the songs or messages of love hope and peace she spoke about her sometimes difficult times through the covid experience and she came up with a playlist of songs that she wanted to perform for people because of what she had learned about herself through this experience. She was so well received that she was completely taken aback So beautiful to witness her humbleness and her true appreciation for the love that everybody was sending her back from the audience it was a very special night.

Her voice is beautiful, she has full aesthetic control of her registers. I absolutely love her flageolet/low whistle singing, such an angelic register for her. I hope she gets some more exposure.
