Thank you so much for the tutorial. I am a absolute beginner but still managed to complete this. Learned to do stitches and magic ring from your other videos. Really helped a lot
I love this hat! I'm going to make this for a friend's daughter in law who is trying to survive cancer...she's only 23 💔 She lives in Phoenix, AZ, USA so it's necessary she has her head covered. This hat will be perfect for her to cover her whole head and her ears!
I hope she will fight it through. But it's great you are doing this for her, anything that brings some comfort will be of help. When you are making I suggest you go for a little bit wider brim, that may help in the heat.
Thank you. You are the first video of many I have searched for that explains so greatly how to make a simple bucket hat. thank you for taking the time to explain how to do this project. I'm so greatful that I find your video.
Never gave it a thought, but I am sure it is great. If possible do share a picture, would love to see it. My social media handle links are in rhe description. box.
Thank you so much i've learned a lot from you. Now i am confidently making a bucket hat of any design. God bless you. Looking forward for your more video tutorials
This is the absolute best tutorial for the bucket hat! Your video was very clear and we can see everything that you are doing. Your instructions are straightforward and there is no confusion in what to do. Thank you so much for a wonderful tutorial!
I finally found the hat design that i love to do which i can continue to match to my size. Not looking for any other design. It is simple and doable for my own wearing. Love it so much❤️❤️.
Thank you for the tutorial. I have watched several other tutorial but my work always curves up and your tip in creasing hook size helped me flatten my circle. Thanks for the great tip!
This was my most awaited tutorial, there's too many tutorials for crochet summer hats, but nothing is simple and descriptive as yours, you always teach very clearly specially for beginners, best wishes and love from Sri Lanka 💝
Thank you so much for your video. I have started with the hat and now i am doing the body part of the hat. Cant wait to do the brim😃👍. I should be able to complete the hat tomorrow... so happy. I find your video very very helpful and i find it very handy considering you shows how flexible the design is when one can either expand it or make it for child size. Thank you again😃❤️.
Thank you soooo much Vinitha for this video, I finished in one day, can't believe this was soo easy considering I am a beginner and started mid 50s, thank you again, lots of love from Kochi, Kerala, India. Going to decorate with sunflower or daisies.
Thank you for sharing this video. May i know is 8ply cotton yarn suitable for this project? And with 8ply cotton yarn, do i need to combine 2 yarn (8ply cotton together) just like in your video? Appreciate your feedback. Thank you.
Hello! I am struggling with a wavy brim, I tried moving up a hook size which helped a but but its still wavy and the brim isn’t as pronounced :( any tips?? Thanks!
Did anyone else turn out with a wavy brim?? I don't know how to prevent this...smaller hook perhaps?? I went down .5mm hook for the brim but maybe I need to go smaller?? I would so appreciate any tips!! Thanks!
The magic circle is best because you can close the hole tighter. Alternatively you can chain 3 and join with a sip stitch then start the first row into the center of the chains.
You can follow the same procedure, whenever you want to change colour complete last part of the stitch with a new colour. That is whenever you want to change colour pull the yarn through 3 loops of the hdc with the new colour.

Hello mam. Mam please upload of how to change color yarns in beetween of crocheting a bucket hat
Thank you for sharing this video. May i know is 8ply cotton yarn suitable for this project? And with 8ply cotton yarn, do i need to combine 2 yarn (8ply cotton together) just like in your video? Appreciate your feedback. Thank you.
This is a lovely bucket hat. I wish you had worn it so that we could see what it looks like 😊
Thank you! Please tell me how much yarn is needed for an adult size hat.
Love your information
Hello! I am struggling with a wavy brim, I tried moving up a hook size which helped a but but its still wavy and the brim isn’t as pronounced :( any tips?? Thanks!
hello again! i have finished the main body of the hat and i was wondering how i could add ruffles to the brim instead of leaving it staright/flat?
You can make increases every 3 or 4 stitches. It will increase number of stitches per round and it will start to ruffle
Thank you so much ❤
You're welcome 😊
Did anyone else turn out with a wavy brim?? I don't know how to prevent this...smaller hook perhaps?? I went down .5mm hook for the brim but maybe I need to go smaller?? I would so appreciate any tips!! Thanks!
How do I calculate increase per stitch in round 1for the brim? Is it depends on the crown's last round, or otherwise?
I have a question, if I see a lablel of a hat size that says 23 inches will that be the crown of the head? Thank you.
It will be referring to the circumference of the head.
We'll explained 💞
Thank you
Can we use single yarn to make this hat??
What should one do if it's going straight only not curving 😭😭?
Hi whats the height for babies and toddlers
Vineetha mam I have one request plz teach us how to crochet a baby frock 🙏 🙏🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤❤❤
I do have a very simple baby frock pattern on my channel. You can check this ruclips.net/video/xQOg0_DOf_Q/видео.html
Hoping to add more patterns 🙂
Thank you so much 🌹🌹
Hi, can you make one without the magic ring? Or can I know how can I start without magic ring.
The magic circle is best because you can close the hole tighter. Alternatively you can chain 3 and join with a sip stitch then start the first row into the center of the chains.
What is the total weight of yarn required?
Nice
Thank you 🙂
Is there a written pattern
Could you explain how to make this in 3 colours?
You can follow the same procedure, whenever you want to change colour complete last part of the stitch with a new colour. That is whenever you want to change colour pull the yarn through 3 loops of the hdc with the new colour.
How do you get your sides to stand. My sides are so floppy?
It's because my stitches are tight and also because I am working with 2 strands
❤
Do u sale these hats
👍
what is HDC mean
Hdc is Half Double Crochet
The pattern is easy to follow but is ruffling 😭
Traduci in. Italiano
The training is boring
Just made it and I love it. I’ll tag you on Instagram. Do you have a TikTok?
