OMG! A DosmRider review where he actually has the weapon!
For whatever reason, Bandai America used strings with the Zeo Megazord; the Japanese Ohrangerrobo actually had chains. It's a baffling thing considering that a few years later, the Kongazord's weapon would keep the chain for the American release.
And I still think that the bare head of the Zeo Megazord looks kinda like Starscream from Transformers...
One of my all time favorite set of zords, the swapping helmet gimmick just adds some neat personality and customization to them. I also just dug the sorta mystical, well, Zeo-y feel to them all. They just clicked with me and I can't quite find the right words to put it. Loved this set as a kid and I really hope we get these and the Super Zeo set as Legacy releases.
Too bad we never got a legacy version of this. it would have been awesome!
@Thi Vang Hasbro seems to have a thing for packaging combiner figures separately(which personally, I hate!)

We also never got Legacy Shogun Megazord, or Tor the Shuttlezord before the toy rights shifted to Hasbro.
Yellow and Pink have the weirdest Zords Ever!
I believe Pink is supposed to be an Easter Island Head 🗿, and Yellow a Dogu. Quite unusual but pretty cool. I’ll take weird Zords over the same recycled animal or dinosaur motifs over and over.
What is a Dogu? I would have atleast made one zord another bird and the other zord another land animal!
Rman Nayr I actually found theirs to be pretty accurate gender wise
Both Yellow & Pink are females in the original Japanese Super Sentai Ohranger.
Thus have skirts, which makes them look attractively enticing.
So I guess if both their Zords appear to be lame, it kinda brings out their limits as females.
Because males typically fight & females are, to an effect, reserved from that in the background.

Juri (Oh Yellow) looked particularly attractive in the original Japanese Super Sentai Ohranger.
So I guess both their Zords fell into place that way.

@@rmannayr2129 Dogu are stylized statues from the Japanese Jomon period. They have large eyes and narrow arms and legs. No one really knows what the cultural significance was for the period they are from.
I hope we get a Legacy version of the Zeo Megazord.

Legacy, but even more so, the Soul of Chogokin version of this Zeo Megazord.

I don't even collect any of these, but the Soul of Chogokin or Legacy are definite must buys!
Super S God One better: Both Legacy & Soul of Chogokin Ohrangerrobo/Zeo Megazord AND Red Puncher/Red Battlezord. Combine to form the most fantabulous versions of the Buster Ohrangerrobo/Super Zeo Megazord!! (SoC for the ultimate showpiece, Legacy for those who can't afford SoC)

You deserve a million subs. I've been watching your vids sense I was 3 or 4 and now I'm turning 9 in 6 days.
This and the Ninja Megazord were most powerful Megazords in Power Rangers. As matter of fact Billy and Alpha designed this using Ninjazord technology as stated in one of the first episodes of Zeo.
And then later, Zordon states the Turbo Megazord is even stronger than Zeo. So no.
@@thewarner2139 The Zeo and Ninja Megazords still score better than the Turbo Megazord since they were never destroyed. Heck, practically the entire Zeo arsenal, minus the jet cycles, survived.
That was to sell toys 😂, little Timmy won't get it if they said the were weaker.
No way in hell are cars stronger than a mystical crystal.
The notches in the front of 1 and 2 are to let you close the panel with the ropes out. Also, they are supposed to be a Moai and a Dogu respectively, which I think no one in the US knew when the show was new.
I still remember when I was a kid, I ask my mom hundreds of times if I can have it. She always said "next time" :')
I like the color consistency in this megazord quite a bit!
Pink and yellow always get the shaft! Minus Yellow Zeo Zord for getting to form the head... that’s pretty sweet!

The pink, yellow and blue’s helmets can store in robot mode.

I hope Hasbro does a "Lightning Edition" of a Zeo Megazord aka their version of a Legacy Edition.
I recently saw their Mighty Morphin Megazord, and without decals, it's Shit!(in terms of looks)
So, that tells me their potential Zeo Megazord will also be shit without Decals)
Zeo Zord I is a Moai (Easter Island Head)
Zeo Zord II is a Dogū
Zeo Zord III is a Spinx
Zeo Zord IV is a Taurus (Bull)
Zeo Zord V is a Phoenix
Your tauros head has both horns and no visible paint chipping and that is super rare!!!!

In the Japanese version Ohranger there based of ancient civilizations
Pink is supposed to be a Easter island head that’s why it’s called Moa Loader on the Japanese version
and Yellow’s mecha is supposed to be a Dogu statue that’s why in the Japanese Version the name is Dogu Lander
a Dogu is a statute from Ancient Japanese it was made by the Jomon people of Japan which lived during the Jomon Era of Japan

So the egypian lion and bull tying are just older moldes of the wildforce megazords
It bothers me how much blue is on zords that don't belong to a blue ranger. I get that it helps the Egyptian vibe but they could have at least made the Dogu and Moai have a black base with pink and yellow accents.
You should do a review of it combined with the red battle zord and pyramidis

Internal politics and the cost of toy production. Bandai America is technically a separate company from their parent Bandai Namco. They have to pay to license the Japanese molds, and then on top of that the final product will cost more than what will sell well.
A lot of people complain about lack of paint, small size, reduced play features, etc. with ZordBuilder toys. But young kids and parents don't care as much about that. A $30 toy will sell better than a $100 one. Plus, as cool as the more accurate Japanese toys may be, they aren't on store shelves here so most kids don't know there is a "better" version "available". They're happy to use their imagination while playing, as opposed to adult collectors who only display and occasionally fiddle with their toys.

chains were on the japanese version, america and other releases outside of asia got ropes sadly

For me zeo has the worst outfit and some of the worst megazords. . I don't know what the hell is the pink ranger zord. . The pyramid megazord was boring. . .
It’s supposed to be a Easter island head called a Moai 🗿
in the Japanese version Ohranger they get there powers from Ancient Civilization’s
Oh Pink represents people form Easter Island
And Oh yellow represents the Jomon people of ancient Japan
which explain why her mecha is a Dogu statue which was built by the Jomon people of Japan
so the Japanese version explains why the zords look like that!

You failed to mention both the doors for the ropes can close with them deployed, and that this was able to store all the helmets in Megazord mode regardless which was deployed.
