I tried on and listened to the Airpods Max at my local Apple store here in Delhi, India. The sound quality was, at best, mediocre. In most cases with most songs, it was absolutely atrocious. I wonder what all the fuss is about. Sure, they look 'cool' I guess and are unique in terms of their design, but if a pair of headphones doesn't sound good, what's the point? I think Apple fans and most unsophisticated consumers will buy just about anything with an Apple logo on it... The Apple Airpods Pro Gen 2, on the other hand, I hear are quite good though...
