What did you use to reframe? Can Kandao Windows-Suite reframe 360 in non-360 video like this?

Gopro Premiere Reframe plugin. Highly recommend that, even though its in beta. Create a proxy and reframe easily really quickly.
Looks good at 1080 on mobile. Interested in seeing more especially vr 8k
