Fishing Freeport Texas

It was a solid morning fishing out of Freeport Texas! Trey and I only fished for a total of 3 hours and caught 3 fish. I would've stayed and fished longer but I had dad duties in the afternoon. We were using green swimbaits on a 1/8oz jig head from Elk River Jigs! If we had fished there on a week day I bet you it would've been better fishing. The spot that was holding the fish had about 7 boats run through it while we were fishing. Once the second boat passed, the fishing slowed way down but.... that was the only area you could drive through to get to the back lakes.
