- A community activist was stabbed to death in her San Rafael apartment. Loved ones are mourning the loss of Olivia Beltran. Police say the suspect in the killing is the victim's daughter.

Very sad. She was an advocate for mental health, but her own daughter must have been mental and/or on drugs.
Which is probably one of the reasons she was their biggest advocate. She knew the pain and hated to see her daughter suffering. Mental illness is serious. The mind can be a dangerous trap for many. 😢

A society that puts profit over people does not address mental health issues in a proper healing way, and these tragedies will continue to be an issue. Please do not judge if you do not have experience in dealing with the challenging bureaucracy of mental health services and someone who has navigated this for loved ones and clients. It is not easy. Prayers to everyone in her family.

Please go watch all of her videos because "Allegedly" her stepfather was raping her for years, and she told her mother, and her mother continued to allow it. Which is the reason she went live so she could let the world know HER truth and also why she stabbed her to death. 😩😢💔

Not true. If you actually watched the video of the live stream you’d know that her mother took her out of that situation the minute she was notified. Her daughter then grew up to do drugs and develop mental illness. Believe it or not, YOU are responsible for your own decisions and actions…
