It looks like on the center of the circuit board there’s a spot for a transistor socket. I bet on the front of the multimeter where it says true RMS is where the socket would have come out, possibly this is used for another model with the same circuit board. Cool multimeter. 👏🏻👍😎
What about the use of Bluetooth on a Windows 10 Computer that already has Bluetooth on board? The manual says that you need a USB Bluetooth dongle for it to work, however does not say what the model of the dongle should be? Anyone has tried this and what dongle is actually required ?

Read up on how non-contact voltage sensing works before dismissing this tool. It's intended for AC voltages only and requires coupling to a single conductive surface, not just waving it around in the vicinity of several conductors that might be at differing potentials (such as the twin wires of a 3vt. supply in the first example where the electric fields of the two wires will cancel at a short distance from the pair). The presence of either multiple conductors at differing potentials or shielded condiuctors also might explain the "failure" with the other two examples. In addition, the user holding the instrument must be have a significantly larger capacitive coupling to a common ground than the device has to the surface being measured. I woulod have liked a more detailed demonstration of the data logging capabilities, including the storage within the device, how to read it out, and it's operation with various devices (android, iOS, and PC) - to me this is the most interesting feature of the instrument, what distinguishes it from common DVMs.
