i wont recommend shoulder and legs on a same day if you train legs hard - u cant train anything else so i would say chest triceps back biceps shoulders , calves legs
body recomp is lean gains program where you prevent fat gain and increase muscle mass so that fat percentage appears lower... its more of a marketing term :)
