Rob Zombie "The Eternal Struggles of The Howling Man" Lyrics
Crop circle shaking on the bump and grind
Well, alright, alright alright
Steam-powered zodiac
Blowing up your mind
Well, alright, alright alright
The howling man
AAHHOOO! Yeah
The howling man
AAHHOOO! Yeah
Infernal machine at the speed of light
Well, alright, alright alright
Searching out the ghosts on a Saturday night
Well, alright, alright alright
The howling man
AAHHOOO! Yeah
The howling man
AAHHOOO! Yeah
Power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people
Color me black and coffin red
Godzilla eats the dragon’s head
Snake river canyon in your bed
Knievel kicked it now he’s dead
Knievel kicked it now he’s dead
Knievel kicked it now he’s dead

Do you know why Zombie is a god to me? His music rescued me out of the deep depression I was in due to my traumatic brain injury. That's right, Rob Zombie! Power to the people!
Power to you! You made it through! \m/
Good! Now snort speed and worship satan and never hurt your brain again, m'kay!! \m/
That’s good stuff brother… keep fighting!
Wow! I hope more people read this and are inspired! Rob's amazing and never stops!! More human than human, right?🤘
Lol I'm born during a full moon..
I get it..
Holy fuck, this is the Zombie I've been looking for.
I ain't digging it. Now electric warlock was gold.
I'm getting white zombie vibes!!!!
@@marsoblivi0n945 It was an ok album imo far from bad.
@@marsoblivi0n945 I think his new shit slaps way harder than his older stuff, but I'm also 26, and it's a matter of taste really.
Then what you're looking for is Ministry. If I would have heard this song on the radio without knowing it was Rob, I would have immediately assumed this was Ministry.
This album seems very promising, and sounds like his Older Stuff
That's exactly what I said and god do I hope your right
Yeah I guess fewer distractions in 2020 will produce a ton of great music for 2021 :-D
YES! It does! 👏
Yeah it does...but that fockin album title is ridiculous!! Haha
If only we could get Jay Yuenger back on guitar! John 5 and him would be a force to be reckoned with!
Digging the funky 70's breakdown in the middle. Great song.
2 minutes into the song before his first use of the word "yeah". That's gotta be some kind of record.
Yeah
Yeah
You're right
The first minute more like
I could be wrong but I don’t think he says the word “yeah” once on the entirety of the electric warlock album
I'm liking this. It sounds more like white zombie then his solo stuff
Yeah this takes me all the way back to high school
I agree love it just like the old days
Thought the same thing.
Than not then
Agree🤘🤘
Love how Rob took the best musicians Marilyn Manson ever was graced with.
I mean you’re right if my lead singer kicked me in the head I’d probably join a different band myself
He needs Riggs, John 5 is a incredible shredder, but Riggs fit Zombie perfect
I love Marilyn Manson was an obsessive Mansonite on the 90’s/ early 2000’s and even though he will always be special to me! RZ has remained true for the most part. I don’t have a Marilyn Manson tattoo but several RZ tatts!
He needs Jay Yuenger back!!!
When I saw Rob live he had Joey ex Slipknot on drums. John 5 and Joey both gave us an INSANE solo.
This feels like one of those albums that blends together everything of Rob's career. The guitar and funk are very La Sexorcisto, with mixing and electronica sampling like Astro Creep, with writing still very much like Rob's solo stuff.
It's a shot of nostalgia right in the veins.
The neighbours are gonna love this record
All hail Wolf Zombie !
The neighbors deserve a Zombie
I'm gonna make my whole neighborhood like this song 😈
@@melissaivy5199 My kinda girl
Good to know i'm not the only one listening music with neighbours:)
I still remember when I saw him in concert. I high fived him as he was walking through the audience.
Me too! Really fuckin cool show in Tucson!!!
I actually got to meet him august 2019 in Fort Wayne
@@derekharper7658 that's so cool!!
@@ChrisW777 he was such a cool dude to talk to. 10/10 would do it again
Finally using John 5! Zombie fan for 30yrs and this album is shaping up nicely. They sound very in sync.
Same recycled shit from 30 years ago.
Couldn't agree more!
He always the enigma. His solo albums and live are impeccable.
@@weSteh listen a few more times different mood. Just a suggestion.
I will always prefer a guitarist who keeps it simple over someone who shows off how fast he can practice scales. You're wrong, Rob have been using John 5's incredible talent for a while now.
Three decades later, he's still got it. Long live Rob Zombie!
Reminds me of the Old School White Zombie that we all use to know and loved.
black metalhead here showing some love for a legend and a genious
Best gosh darn electric bluegrass song I've heard in decades! Can really hear his gospel roots in the lyrics when played backwards too! Warm and fuzzy feelings for all!
..."Well alright, alright, alright!... - Matthew Mcconaughey (Can't unhear / unthink this!).
Does anyone else feel like you can just conquer the world while listening to this stuff??? 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
No way at all l would rather conquer the world with no ears then this shit he dropped on us
Meeting Rob Zombie 10 years ago is one of the coolest things I have ever done.
I met him at Tower Records in 1998. He was the nicest guy you'd ever meet. Soft spoken and signed autographs how you wanted. Took pics with you as you wanted. Very personable.
Isn't he cool af!!
About 8 years ago I shook his hand at a concert when he was making his runs around the audience
So glad he's still making music.
Oh... And no Zombie song is ever complete without the word, "yea" at least half dozen times🙂🤘🏼
That s already a Rob Zombie meme dude🤣🤣🤣Sometimes i just count the number of times he uses "yeah" ... I see i m not alone😅
What an absolute banger. Kept me interested beginning to end with unexpected changes. Love it!
Another great work from Balázs Gróf!
Magyarország!
This song should be called "McConaughey" - Alright alright alright
Do you mean McConaughey?
@@harleynowland Yea. And I wish I could have blamed that one my phone...
@@DadRockProject It be a lot cooler if they did.
@@jensnooters6938 DUDE 😂
@@AzathothsAlarmClock hilarious and absolutely correct!
Rob Zombie never disappoints!!! 👏👏👏👏
Love the intro and the little groovy interlude. I just listened to it and so did all my neighbors. Wake up mother fuckers it’s FRIDAY!!!
FRIDAY, BITCH! FUCK YEAH!
🤘
Damn! That is incredible! I love how it keeps changing, almost like it's a bunch of different songs partying together. LOVE THIS!!!
It's like I'm 12 again, 'borrowing' my dad's albums.
My dad had Astro-Creep 2000 when I was about 16 or so. I loved the cd and asked for it for my next birthday!!! Been a die hard fan ever since.
When I was 12 I had my mom get me Tom Petty's "Wildflowers" album for Christmas and I never actually got that cd it just stayed in her collection. lol Sometimes it goes the other way.
@@SpaceTimeManipulatorSTM Hehehehehe, I LOVE Tom Petty!
Now I feel old lol
@@canadianelite same, I was 12 back when la sexorcisto came out. 👵
Matthew McConaughey: alright alright alright
Rob Zombie: *ALRIGHT ALRIGHT ALRIGHT*
For the first time I can actually hear John 5's sound and song writing in there!
welcome baccccccccc ,,,, that fireeeee
INCREDIBLE. Rob never fails, ever. I’m so thankful to him, John 5, Piggy D and Ginger Fish. I’m so so excited for the entire album 🖤🤘🏼☠️🐺
I'm gonna have to catch up and see when those guys joined the team. I think its been a while actually but I wasn't paying attention.
@@SpaceTimeManipulatorSTM Definitely check them out! they work so well together :)
Can we please get Jay Yuenger back?!
Hell yeah, he never makes a bad song. 🖤🖤🎸🎸🔥🔥🍺🍺
@@teddieprinejr7330 Oh, he's failed and made plenty of bad songs.
When I got to met you at Ozzfest in Chula Vista. All I can say is your one cool person. ROCK ON! Thank you so much Rob Zombie and Sheri Moon Zombie for your time and the memories you gave me at the concert, the shout out and playing Dragula for me. You both rock! :)
John 5 is underrated riff hero.
Sic as always!! ZOMBIE!!!🤘☢🤘
Finally some gosh darn wholesome pandemic music
Zombie & 5 are like red wine. They only get better with time.
Power to the people 🍷🍻✌
Probably the best in years. I'm howling for this one!
This is beautiful...
the first seconds and I realized that Rob is still cool and even better!!!
Viva el Zombie carajo!!! Saludos desde Coimata, Bolivia.
fun fact rob zombie has never made a bad song and still hasn't made one
That you can t say for sure,i m by your side anyway,i love almost all of his songs, idk if it s because his songs are realy what i need,or it s just because i m new to the rock and maybe i don t have pretentions, Rob being my first rock artist i listened to.
Yeaah awesome song. Absolutely kickass song. 🔥🤘😈🤘🔥 Love this band.
This album is going to be great. In this song you can specially note the John Five style.
Thanks for the animated parts for Gróf Balázs!! Greetings from Hungary!!!
_The finest machine in the world, as far as i’m concerned_
Woooow .....the white zombie classic sound 🤘🤘🤘
I'm happy to hear that the stoner metal / techno balance is set to 95% stoner metal for this one.
On another note ...Rob Zombie's songs are always so unique with a mixture of lyrics.
He finally making music again bout damn time
Was jamming to this song after work! Loved it while cruising on home
This rocks I literally turned into a werewolf rocking out to this now I'm gonna find little red riding hood 🐺🏃♀️
Gróf Balázs's cartoons in the video! Love it :)
The new RZ album has RIFFS 🔥
That break down was ALL RIGHT ALL RIGHT ALL RIGHT
I Gotta Be Honest , Was Expecting The Same Old But I'm Impressed.
Made my Day!!! Keep It Rockin Howling Devil Man!
I remember playing his music and my kids saying how it made them crazy, mommy you listen to the Devils music, I can't believe that came out of my daughter's mouth. I am pure Metal, no foo foo music in my play list.
Id like to toast a drink🍻..ure a one cool mum
love the Highway Star Vibe in there.
Wolf totem wolf moon wolf spirit🧘🏻♀️
Thanks Zombie family for keeping us alive all these years and saving the animals! Six years sober listening to this with my two year old ! I’ll tell yah I’m just as thrilled as the first time I listened to you.#helltownusa
Likely likey ...killer klown posse returns
John5' talents are way better served with Zombie, than they ever were with Manson.
I disagree on that... At least Manson's lyrics were good..🤘.. John 5 is an awesome guitarist. Seen him many times with Manson... Not a big Rob solo fan, I really liked the first White Zombie album about it. That's 100% my opinion.
I agree .
He is underused in both bands
@@atomovedin3970 yeah while as a person manson is pretty shit (coming from someone who was a huge fan) i liked the poetic feel some of his songs had. Rob is more of a fun oriented kinda artist tho.
THE KING IS BACK. 2021 IS SAVED.
Hey that was cool! This guy obviously hasn't forgotten how to rock. Like the imagery, funky break down, and Evil Kneival reference.
For the people always wondering about why Rob has never been able to fully return to that Hellbilly Deluxe sound- I’ve thought about this alot: Hellbilly was industrial as fuck and way more synth/sample based than you realize unless you listen to it with that in mind. I wish I knew the full story of that album because it sounds like the culmination of someone sitting infront of a computer for hundreds of hours putting bits and pieces of stuff together. Very Trent Reznor style of music production. I don’t know how much of the music Rob was actually responsible for, if he’s still capable of making music like that and just gotten lazy as time went on, or if it was mostly a product of Scott Humphrey, his producer. If Rob was mostly responsible for composing the music on that album it boggles my mind that he wouldn’t continue doing work like that. To get to the level of being able to put something like Hellbilly together you have to be very passionate about music and music production to begin with. People with that much passion don’t just...stop. Check out how many people worked on that album though, it was a complete circus of participation. One thing’s for sure though- his sound totally changed when he quit working with Scott. It’s more band and musician based now; it’s missing the simple, hypnotic beats, the simplistic, percussive and repetitive but catchy as fuck riffs, and the layers of meticulously placed synths and samples that gave it that spooky atmosphere. Long comment but I’m passionate about that album. Really great industrial albums are lighting in a bottle and when these guys pull them off they make millions. Btw- none of this is meant to be disrespectful to Rob in any way, his vocals still sound killer. I just wish I knew the full story with putting that album together. Years ago I did a song that was heavily inspired by Rob’s first two solo albums, going for that industrial devil’s funhouse vibe. If anyone wants to check it out: m.soundcloud.com/therabidkind/house-of-the-fly
Lazy seems like a key word here. Just look at this video. He's a director and he knows how to do impressive stuff with low budget. So what the hell is this? Looks like a fan edit. All of his videos for a last couple of albums look lazy compared to his early days. Perhaps music was done in the same way.
And BTW I agree the vocals sound really good this time.
@@NihilQuest to be fair in this instance- covid is making it really difficult to get a crew together to do a video shoot. This video has a very “made from home” feel to it. The Rat Fink style animation is fucking cool though- Very White Zombie. I should add that what John and those guys are doing musically is awesome and maybe Rob just prefers doing the full band thing now.
He has also said that its not fun to try and make the same thing over and over again... and that he likes to explore. I mean he has been making music for almost 40 years so he is doing something right.
I doubt laziness or giving up is why Rob didn't go that route again. Hellbilly is pretty good for what it is but most people genuinely prefer a good balance of real band talent behind the added layers of audio samples. This is why, despite most people having a soft spot for Hellbilly, they'll usually tell you White Zombie was better.
Even when it came to keeping it "simple", sampling and experimentation, I don't think any track in Hellbilly can stand toe to toe with White Zombie's "Ratfinks, Suicide Tanks and Cannibal Girls." That was Rob's peak as a musician.
Only track on Hellbilly I'd consider on a similar level is "The Ballad of Resurrection Joe and Rosa Whore."
@@Vynzent He literally did Hellbilly 2 album, so it's not like he's not trying to get back to this sound.
Badass Groove on this one 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Sounds like a blend of Behold the Filthy Creatures and Medication for the Melancholy
Yea the first third of the song really does sound like them both. Its almost too similar lol. A great track though, album is shaping up to be very good
favorite song off the album
Best thing since the Black Plague
ETERNAL YEAH¡¡
Last year Powerman 5000 dropped album, now it’s big bro’s turn.
It was great, i can’t wait for TLIKAEC!!!!
didn't even know that
I ♥ Rob Zombie 💞
Amazing!
I love his whole catalogue, but this is the best Zombie track I've heard in awhile! Werewolves, driving thrashy riff, and a bit of funk and sludginess thrown in! I just have one complaint...if he had released this yesterday, it would have been during the Wolf Moon!
Thank you Uncle Rob for this nice song! I be happy. All right all right all right.
24 hours later and I realize this might be a tip of the Zombie top hat to Twilight Zone! 🤘😆
Now, there's some damn cinematography!
Even when shooting a video of them just in a recording studio, they still insist on 1950s horror effects huh? lol
Wouldnt want it any other way!
Hell I'm a 90s kid an d I say it takes talent piecing it all together 💪
Yup!
Yeah and it's outstanding
If it ain't broke...
That jazzy part is wicked
I liked it. This album promises something the last ones didnt have...
Agree
Check out scum of the earth (robs old guitarist) new song Bigfoot and the armies of puma punku if u like the old 1996-2003 zombie sound
@@thelegend2571 I'll check this out man
@@marcosrenan93 its rocking.i really liked riggs guitar sound. John 5 just tries mimicing J Yuenger and Riggs.
The last album was excellent. Venomous Rat is the closest to a dud Rob's ever made and even then only the worst song was like a C+.
Great! Thanks Rob and band! \m/
Love it! But the "alright alright alright" keeps reminding me of Matthew McConaughey from Dazed & Confused!
This is sick !!! Old school sound !!!
Eclectic song structure. Great lead single.
Rob Zombie always has the best videos
The guys are one fire with this one. Outstanding
This sounds like supercharger heaven/dead girl superstar
White Zombie stuff here....
Sounds like super charger bullshit for sure
Black sunshine vibes! Like it
Absolutely love it bring back the good stuff
Remember when Zombie complained about kids being too noisy at the skate park near his house? I 'member.
No one cares
Those guitar riffs are brutal!
Ok... All i need is a truck now
How many times I've seen White Zombie, Rob Zombie and met Rob.... Idk... legit lost count. Fvckin love you man, always!!!
Everyone talking about John 5 here and I am missing Jay Yuenger!
Totally agree with you.
@@KYHBBofficial Best riffs Rob has ever sang vocals for were the two White Zombie albums. Iconic songs that lifted Rob up to where he is. I just wish he would come back for some stuff in the future! Glad other people agree
With the exception of his first solo album, I haven't been a fan of anything he has done since white zombie. And to be perfectly honest, I think the band scum of the earth, Riggs and blasko from hellbilly deluxe, make better music than all of the solo albums put together.
Hell yeah! Gives me Foxy Coltrane vibes from 3 From Hell haha. Can't wait til we're all singing ALRIGHT ALRIGHT ALRIGHT together at a show again 🤘
Уоу, ну здравствуйте 👽
ЗДАРОВА МЕТАЛИСТЫ! 💀🤟
This is Zombie doing what he does best kicking ass!!!
Has so much "Dragula" vibes!!
Cool😎🐺🤘💯
yeaaaah boy
