Fascinating channel!! I just have two french presses. I keep them on my apartment kitchen bar counter. Above them on the wall hang my coffee cups. I have a grinder but never use it. You have a cool set up. I don't own a coffee maker because they always end up leaking.

I got Great depth at my kitchen counter (90cm/35 Inch). Is it convenient to have grinder and machine more to the back and have the working/tamping space in front of the gear?

Xris, you don't have a PID on your appartamento. Would you consider an e61 thermometer? It seems like temperature might fluctuate a lot, but I'm just learning about temp surfing with HX e61. Let me know what you think about this! Thanks

Great info! I’m looking to set up a new station and I don’t know where I should start for a decent counter height. I’m 6’ tall. I have a small breville machine so nothing big. I’ve been looking at sideboards and they are typically around 29” to 33”, do you think that would be too short?
use whatever would feel comfortable - can't say since I'm 5'5" lol
