Each star represents a calming dream waiting for you. As you sit by the pond, you release all remaining tension, your mind growing as still and calm as the water before you.
    Through multiple counting deepeners, this session will help you fall deeper into relaxation, guiding you to the edge of sleep and beyond. The final visualization, floating on a river of stars, will carry you into the deepest rest, allowing you to stay asleep throughout the night and wake in the morning feeling refreshed, restored, and ready for the new day.
