Ty for the video, i think the las talent the one that makes fury of the illidari deal more damage at the end is better, and in combination with the one that makes eyebeam deal damage at the end makes a huge amount of burst + chaos blade, thats my personal opinion other than that very usefull, maybe some stats or some pvp to show your build "in situ" keep the good work bro.
I strongly doubt it will go live, since those changes would make Havoc the 2nd worst DPS spec in the game (in PvE). Even if they go through, first blood spec is pretty good (higher burst, but lower overall damage). I'm not worried in the slightest.
Yeah I actually recorded this about a week ago, many things are still in flux as classes continue to be balanced. The spec im running is still the same (although I'm using fel barrage in 2v2 in most cases now)

DH artifact traits don't matter SO much as other classes, it comes down to preference in the end.

For me chaos blades in pvp increases damage only by 11%
