      My main complaint about wnba is how slow the players are and the sloppiness but Caitlyn got some wheels and she's got that quickness and agility to blow past defenders. She's clearly on another level... now she just needs to learn to use that speed and maintain control and she will even more unstoppable.

      This team has a really good trio with Boston, Clark and Mitchell. Now that the team is starting to gel and believe it is easy to believe that they can make a playoff run. AB does not really get enough love from the media given just how well she plays the team game. As much as folks like to talk about the Fever back court, the Boston-Clark duo is one heck of a building block for a team and could become one of the greatest duos in basketball.

    Caitlin Clark could retire today and she'd be the GOAT.
    She's the only WNBA to ever score a Triple Double against the #1 team in WNBA history. Now she's putting up Triple Doubles like Lebron.
    I have to remind everyone that Triple Doubles are EXTREMELY rare in the WNBA. There have been 32 triple-doubles in all of WNBA history and Caitlin Clark holds two of them as a rookie.
    Reminder to Sheryl Swoopes, Caitlin Clark's rookie season numbers are better than Sheryl Swoopes' MVP numbers.

    Hello ESPN, Swoops and others still think Reese is the ROTY or should share it, with Clark?
    Clark just dropped her second triple-double of the year- 10 Rebs, 10 Ast & 24 Pts with 3 Stls - which I believe sets a new Rookie League record as it has never been done, and breaks the record for
    Pts & Ast Dbl Dbl League and Rookie.
    Clark just passed # 3 Arike Ogunbowale's 630 pts on the Rookie Pt rankings and sits at 641 just 41 Pts behind # 2 A'ja Wilson's 682 with six games remaining.
    Clark has 286 assists, 28 assists, opps 30 assists behind the WNBA League season record for assists set by Alyssa Thomas in 2023 with 316 - 6 Games remaining
    I believe that Clark Leads the league with Pts contributed to her team's total Pts at 42% and I believe still leads the league in combined Pts and Ast

    • @catchnkill
      @catchnkill 11 дней назад

      Her 3s still has a slim chance of beating the all-time single season record. I think she needs 5 to 6 3s per game in the remaining games. Fever team should stat pad her in this category. How about pick and pop? Clark to set pick for others like KM, AB and pop out for 3s. She is a 6' guard and she is a tall point guard in W. She can set pick for others.

    Aja Wilson is not a playmaker. Im going to say this again for all you media zombies out there. Aja Wilson is NOT A PLAYMAKER. She doesnt get assists.. she doesnt work the ball. Shes a singular talent like Arike. Aja scores, and rebounds. CC scores, rebounds, steals, passes, playmakes, hits threes, pushes the ball up court. and if the fever beat the Aces in the next 2 games they have with each other they could surpass the Aces in the standings. and ladies and gentleman that means the CC is the MVP

      I'm a huge Caitlin Clark fan. Only reason I watch and follow the WNBA now tbh. But what Aja Wilson is doing is absolutely phenomenal. She's not just scoring but leading the league by a mile at 27.5 ppg at an elite 60.6% true shooting percentage. Rebounding 2nd in the league at 12.1 rbs/g I believe. Leading her team in steals at 1.9 and blocks at 2.7, all while committing just 1.3 turnovers oer game despite all that usage. She's led the ACES to a winning record and high seed. You dont need the media to tell you that. Just look at the numbers. She's basically producing like Olajuwon did during the day. No doubt CC is a generational talent and will be a multiple time MVP in the future as well as a decent candidate even at present. But you have to give Aja Wilson her flowers.

    • @j.c.s5630
      @j.c.s5630 11 дней назад

      @@GB7-nm4co yeah.. like i said.. they got two games left. you keep following the momentary narrative. their seed is not so high.. they are only 2 games back in the standings from the fever bro.. go check the standings.. if the MVP were straight production then Arike should be in the conversation.
      Most CAREER games with 20 PTS & 10 AST:
      10 - Courtney Vandersloot (422 GP)
      9 - Diana Taurasi (559 GP)
      7 - Caitlin Clark (34 GP)
      MVP is how much you make your team better. And while good production makes your team better.. play making makes it even better than that. Just look at Kelsey MItchells +/- compared to CC. Mitchel scores more than CC yet the +/- CC wins. thats the definition of value

    • @GB7-nm4co
      @GB7-nm4co 11 дней назад

      @@j.c.s5630 like I said Caitlin is the reason I've been following the WNBA regularly now and she's quite frankly my favorite player in the league. I'm not disagreeing that CC makes her teammates better. I'm just saying you could do that without discrediting Aja Wilson who is having an all-time season as well and through the threat of her offense and her great ball protection and defense is gaining, preserving more possessions and improving the quality of those possessions. Everyone can punch holes at someone's game, like some people pointing out CC's very high turnover rate or Aja's only averaging 2 assists. No player is perfect, but Aja's narrative is anything but momentary, she's been doing it all year, and has won the award in the past. Now on your two game argument, it hasn't happened but even if it does, their teams both have winning records close to one another. Hence, be fair in evaluating their merits too. Just keeping things in perspective.

    31 assist in the next 6 games (5.1 per game) she will break the single season assist record of 317
    She needs 104 points in last 6 games (17.3 pts per game ) and she will break the single season points record for a rookie of 744.

    The thing about her is that she isn't just a statistical powerhouse, she makes that team A LOT better and really brings out the best in her teammates. That is what should be talked about just as much. The other guard, Mitchell I think it is, is having a career year also, and I think its because she is motivated by CC and winning

    Those behind the back passes don't always result in a basket, but that's on the shooter. CC is getting them open looks.
    Ever since CC got that first triple double against the Liberty two months ago I've been thinking she was going to get another; she's been close more than once. Maybe it won't happen this season, but I also think she'll get 20+ assists in a game.

    The entire team is so much more coordinated and in sync than when the season started. This game was a battle from the tip and could have gone either way. Fever showed patience and took what LA would give them. The games are becoming more entertaining and have a great pace... the league HAS to take advantage of this for future building and the next draft. The playoffs are going to be very dynamic. The Fever are able to beat anyone on any given night and have developed many weapons. Great to see.
