The "value" in "Truth social" is its potential to destroy society.
The company has a small and declining user base, no reputable company wants to advertise on it, they took open source software to run the platform so they don't have any technology of their own and they are bleeding money. When the stock price comes in line with the fundamentals, which with every company it does at some point, will be worthless.
Why is he comparing TS from established similar social media companies? There’s no comparison. Established ones innovate, TS is stagnant. TS has a very small active users as compared to the established ones. DJT is a scam, once they scammed the investors, see them run away with the cash.

How Forbes valued Truth Social to 4,6 billion some days ago is mindblowing for me. This company is maybe worth a best dinner at Burger King at best... 30 dollars or so....
Truth Social is obvious;y almost worthless. But, this exposes a more important point - what are "normal" high value companies really worth? For example, if all investors in a company decided to sell at the same time, how far would the stock fall before an entirely new group of investors bought it? I believe that thinking this way gives a clearer insight to true "worth".
Some are over valued and some undervalued but the hope is over time the stock price corrects itself. But truth social is worth trash just based on the numbers

The convictions of insider trading last week isn't very encouraging for the savvy discriminate investor either. The if you factor in possible liabilities for investors not unlike like FOX stockholders experienced when Fox did knowingly providing false and misleading information, deformations and slanderous allegations resulting in multiple lawsuits and discreditation. All social media/content providers or any business must avoid criminal and civil liabilities.
I heard the fine print for Truth Social stock {disclaimer, I have not personally read it}, reported by a reliable source, it indicates that all legal claims against the company must be adjudicated in an Argentian Court, if that is true, if that is factual, that alone is a big red flag. In my opinion.

I've done the back of knapkin math; Truth Social is worth about $.19 per share at current revenue and loss figures, best case scenario. Only a dummy would value it higher. So at current valuations, I'd look at it as an utter fraud or, at best, con job.
As far as comparing Gamestop and AMC --- they actually both do have substantial income comparatively to this absurdity -- so I'd not even compare DJT to those.
“A fool and his money are soon parted” never seemed more appropriate with DJT stock. There are far more short interest with institutional investors with very deep pockets that will crush retail investors like a bug. DJT stock is going to ZERO by the time he can sell his stocks.

Where did he get that valuation? Like $4mm in revenue, the CEO is paid 25% of that, losses in the tens of millions, no growth plan - they’re tapped out, very little advertisers. This company is on its way to being bankrupt, it only isn’t because smoke and mirrors.

Describe “ really” worth. I have a house, I want to sell at my price, people say it’s to high but it may not be to high for a certain person. They may want a certain neighbourhood, style, size, amenities etc. let all boils down to what people value and it only takes one person to buy.
