Quick correction: it was Maurice Hurley who had Gates McFadden fired because they clashed behind the scenes (Gates complained that storylines verged on sexist). Turns out he didn't get on with other members of the crew either and ended up leaving at the end of Season 2. Patrick Stewart lobbied to have McFadden returned to the cast and Rick Berman actually agreed with it because he thought Muldaur didn't have the same chemistry with the rest of the cast. Berman was pretty much in control of the franchise at this point and went on to steer it until the end of Enterprise.
No its reported that Hurley pulled a Harvey Weinstein on Gates McFadden (Beverly) and that was also a major reason she left the show too. But yes by season 3 Berman was in charge (for all the good and ill it would have) as Gene was knocking on heavens door at this point.
The hot/cold minute thing was amusing, and surprisingly relevant, as Pulaski's response to Riker quipping "Who would have married [my father]?" was "I would have, in a cold minute", meaning she would have done it without hesitation. * The More You Know *
@@NewbieStarTrek I thought so! Look at you clever boys, I love it. I know the youtube community is small, but for what it's worth these video additions to the podcast are fantastic! I hope you get the chance to continue this series, I'll be here listening to it all :)
In Star Trek Online they just decided to remove all pretense and made Wesley the crazed despotic, mad man tyrant ruler of the Terran Empire of the Mirror Universe. As the Emperor of renewed Terran Empire he started a campaign to destroy the prime universe Milky Way in campaign of genocide and madness.
So I just watched the war games episode. Wesley's antimatter experiment was in engineering not his room or elsewhere on the ship. The warp core can bee seen in the reflection on the closet door area
So the whole going to warp will smash everyone inside the ship is incorrect. The ship generates a warp bubble around the ship and drops into subspace. The warp bubble moves at light speed plus, but the ship itself doesn't move.
so if im getting the rating scale right 1: birdemic quality episode, like, unwatchable 2: Really Really bad 3: Really bad, worth skipping 4: not good, but i can sit through it 5: Eh, forgettable filler. 6: good 7: Great 8: Wonderful 9: absolutely amazing 10: this is what people think of when they think of the best of star trek. this is the episode you would suggest people watch when they ask what trek is about.
Iirc season 3 heralds the new smaller Enterprise model which was changed so that the saucer section was thicker to account for ten forward (dimension wise it didnt make any sense). They were able to add more detail and do dofferent shots because the older larger model was actually a dick to use pirely due to its size.
'Wunderkind' (pronunciation: 'voonderkeend') is luckily no Nazi-Term. Mozart f.i. is considered a wunderkind. Wesley Crusher on the other hand is not a wunderkind, but a trampeltier ('trumpelteer').
No offense to those who enjoy it but Blacklist was really bad, lol. I distinctly remember in the first episode there’s an establishing shot that’s supposed to be the tires of the fed cars screeching to a halt as they arrive on scene and I shit you not it’s literally a shot of the tires totally still, clearly already fully stopped, and then they rush forward a foot and stop again for the effect. 😂 Idk who was responsible for editing that shot but I couldn’t take the show seriously after that.

Welsry creates gray goo, the Enterprise leaves it on some planet so it can escape later and destroy all life in the galaxy
Yeah a version of the gray goo bad guy (a different one) showed up in Discovery.

I love how 2 days after this aired someone actually put "Tapatio Hot Hand" on Urban Dictionary 😂
This being the origin of the Borg isn’t that insane because the main way the Borg infect are through nano machines. I love Ricardo’s insane theories.
"The dark side of Tapatio is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be... _unnatural."_
- Tio Palpatine
Yeah, but that's what you said about that taco. And that burrito. And that half-eaten empanada. I'm starting to doubt your connection to the Tapatio.
Is that the entire cast of Scooby Doo as a single entity sitting in the background?
Oh yes

The overdub of Freddy Li in Kickboxer was done by Jim Cummings who voices a ton of Disney characters including Winnie the Pooh.

Westly built a warp reactor in his mom's old room.

Seems about right! At least as far as Ricardo has made it sound!

The funny thing is there’s probably more terrible things Wesley has done but we don’t see it. It’s not like all the stardates are episodes.
enterprise was on for 4 seasons
The Orville
I wonder what the plan for the RUclips visuals is...

Un enfant terrible.
I do believe seth mcfarlansd apears in Enterprise.
It is not 100 percent clear what happened when Gates McFadden left the show.
I listen to you guys at work dude on the spot.... But at home I listen in the RUclips dude ... Dell taco is the worst .
